I am aware that Indonesia government is planning to improve the countrys
infrastructure through the Master Plan for the Acceleration and Expansion of
Economic Development in Indonesia (MP3EI) to make Indonesia become developed
country by 2025. Government as a regulator and facilitator will remove regulations
which inhibit the growth of investment and focus to increase trade and the flow of
goods. Moreover, Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Economic
Community plans to transform into a single market and production base, a highly
competitive and fully integrated into the global economy in 2015. Indonesias
industries have to be ready to promote this plan and create an advance
international trade worldwide.
I truly believe that my studies will become the stepping-stone and accelerator
to my objective of becoming an expert in banking business and also the stimulus to
establish my company as indispensable part of economy system. My interest in
business administration along with my hard-working gives me confidence to apply

My Job as Compliance Officer of BNI Bank has able me to interact with client
from many businesses. In my company there are three units who interact in credit
committee for credit decision. These 3 units are Business unit, Risk unit and
Compliance unit. As I am in compliance unit, it is my job to analyze the quality of
the debtor and aware of compliance risk that may occur. While Risk Unit will be
presented on how to mitigate the risk, then Business Unit will be presented on how
much profit we can have from the debtor. My company trying to reform the
organization by lessens the one man show in decision making. In contrary, it
intensifies team working and committee decision making. At first, it is difficult to
make decision while each of members in the committee has different interest and
target. In my opinion, a leader should carry out his self to be a dependable and
open minded person by takes into account all the party insight in making decisions
that will provide great services for the company and client.

My definition for success is when I can help and transfer my knowledge to
many people. I believe success without care of your surrounding will have no
meaning. In 2013, I got a chance to meet Mr. Jusuf Kalla, Former Indonesia vice
president. In his inspiring speech, he talked about the important of youth transform
in advancing Indonesia knowledge and technology in every field. Youth as future
leader, from every study area have to cooperate with each other in advancing every
aspect e.g. law enforcement, IT, economics, medical, engineering, etc to conquer
problems in Indonesia and creating a value added prosperity. His speech made me
realize that this is exactly what I should do. I will take my part in economics
development to contribute in advancing my country.

P.S: can we discuss bout our vacation sometimes? bout our itinerary cz u know the
