2 Admission Details : Add the admission details Like year class etc

3 Fee Structure
2.1 New Student
In this module add a new student for example admission to 1st Std
2.2 Existing Student
Promotion to next class for existing student
2.3 Transfer from other school
Admit the student from other school so this will facilitate to add the information like previous
school, last class studied and TC details
3. Edit admission
3.1 Search

Add fee details of student for example bus, tuition and other fee details

3.4 Receipt Generation

This will create automatically receipt no, balance fee of tuition and bus fee etc
And also have option to save the receipt to docx, pdf etc
Give the information about remaining balance of student

Assign Rollno to particular student class wise it will display the student name in ascending order and
assigned rollno starting from 1 you have option to change roll no

6. Fee Structure
6.1 Add
Adding fee Structure for Academic year and you have option to create 5 other fee with fee heads
and amount

7. Report
7.1 Student wise Report
This will show the General details, fee details like receipt number, date and particulars amount and
balance to pay of student for particular year with printing option.

It will shows the general details of old student .
7.3 TC Report
This report gives information about TC is Taken or Not Taken for completed student for particular

Strength
Gives the number of students in particular class in a given year.

Gives the number of Male and Female in particular class and given year.
