In pairs, choose two students to complete the Childrens Leisure Physical Activity
Survey and fill out the following table:

Part 2: Direct Observation


1. In the same pair from Part 1, one person will be the observer and the other
recorder/timer
2. Choose a student to observe
3. Observe your student for 10 seconds
4. Circle the response which demonstrates their predominant level of activity
5. Repeat until you have recorded 12 times
6. Swap roles with your partner and observe a new student
