Hotel Sourcing Contract: Cover Page
This Hotel Sourcing Contract is made on 25.01.2013
BETWEEN:
DONVAND LIMITED (trading as Gullivers Travel Associates) being a company registe
red in England and
Wales under company number 1213718 and whose registered office is at 27 Goswell

Road, London
EC1M 7GT acting for itself and on behalf of its Affiliates ("Company").Ozbek T
ur.Tic.A..
AND:
[Ozbek Turizm Tic.A.] being a company registered in [Eurostars Hotel Old City] un
der company number
[668 03987130] and whose registered office is at [Istanbul] ("Hotel").
Each a Party and together the Parties
WHEREAS THE PARTIES HEREBY AGREE:
i.The Company is in the of, amongst other things, distributing Rooms, Facilities
and Services
through various distribution channels. In turn the Hotel is in the business of p
roviding Rooms
(and/or Facilities and Services) to Guests.
ii.The parties have agreed that the Hotel shall make Rooms (and/or Facilities an
d Services)
available to Company by the use of a mutually agreed technical solution which en
ables Hotel
to connect to the GTS System in order for Company to distribute the Rooms throug
h any of its
distribution channels.
iii.The parties agree that the provision of any Rooms (and/or Facilities and Ser
vices) by the Hotel
to Company shall be subject to and governed by the Contract which shall include
the General
Terms and Conditions, any Appendices, the Health and Safety Checklist, Company C
ode of
Conduct, Terms of Use for the GTS System and any Commercial Terms.
iv.All capitalised terms on this Cover Page shall, unless otherwise defined, hav
e the same
meaning given to them in the General Terms and Conditions.
v.The Companys finance procedures in force from time to time can be found at
http://hotels.gta-travel.com/ or such other website address as shall be notified
to the Hotel
(see clause 3). The Hotel agrees that for the purposes of providing notification
to the Company
under clause 13 of the General Terms and Conditions the Hotel shall email
