Who like thee His praise should sing

Frail as summers flower we flourish

Blows the wind and it is gone
But while mortals rise and perish
God endures unchanging on
Praise Him, praise Him

Praise the High Eternal One

Father-like, He tends and spares us

Well our feeble frame He knows
In His hands He gently bears us
Rescues us from all our foes

Praise Him, praise Him
Widely as His mercy goes
Angels help us to adore Him
Ye behold Him face to face
Sun and moon, bow down before Him
Dwellers all in time and space

Renewal

!
~ Isaiah 55:6-7 ~

!Leader: The prophet Isaiah declared,

!Seek the Lord while he may be found;

call on Him while He is near. Let the

wicked forsake His way and the evil man
his thoughts. Let him turn to the Lord,
and He will have mercy on him, and to
our God, for He will freely pardon.

!
Prayer Of Confession
!
Leader: Most holy and gracious Father,

we acknowledge and confess before You

that our sinful natures are prone to evil
and slow to do good. You alone know
how often we have sinned in wandering
from your ways, in wasting your gifts,
and in forgetting Your love. We are
ashamed and sorry of all the ways in
which we have displeased You.

~ Silent Confession & Reflection ~

Unison: Merciful Lord, teach us to hate

our errors. Cleanse us from our wandering ways, and forgive our sins through
Jesus Christ our Saviour. Grant us Your
power that we might live in Your light
and walk in Your ways, according to the
commandments of Jesus Christ our Lord,
we pray. Amen.

Grace unmeasured, vast and free

That knew me from eternity
That called me out before my birth
To bring You glory on this earth
Grace amazing, pure and deep
That saw me in my misery
That took my curse and owned my blame
So I could bear Your righteous name

!
chorus

Grace (grace, grace)

Paid for my sins
And brought me to life
Grace (grace, grace)
Clothes me with power
To do what is right
Grace (grace, grace)
Will lead me to heaven
Where Ill see Your face
And never cease
To thank You for Your grace

Grace abounding, strong and true

That makes me long to be like You
That turns me from my selfish pride
To love the cross on which You died
Grace unending all my days
Youll give me strength to run this race
And when my years on earth are through
The praise will all belong to You

(repeat chorus)

Behold the Lamb

!
Behold the Lamb

Who bears our sins away

Slain for us, and we remember
The promise made that all
Who come in faith
Find forgiveness at the cross
So we share in this bread of life
And we drink of His sacrifice
As a sign of our bonds of peace
Around the table of the King

!
The body of our Saviour, Jesus Christ
Torn for you: eat and remember
The wounds that heal
The death that brings us life
Paid the price to make us one
So we share in this bread of life
And we drink of His sacrifice
As a sign of our bonds of love
Around the table of the king

!
The blood that cleanses every stain of sin

Shed for you: drink and remember

He drank deaths cup that all may enter in
To receive the life of God
So we share in this bread of life
And we drink of His sacrifice
As a sign of our bonds of grace
Around the table of the king

!
And so with thankfulness

And faith we rise to respond

And to remember
Our call to follow in the steps of Christ
As His body here on earth
As we share in His suffering
We proclaim: Christ will come again!
And well join in the feast of heaven
Around the table of the King

confess with our lips that Christ Jesus,

being in very nature God did not
consider equality with God something
to be grasped but made Himself
nothing, taking the very nature of a
servant, being made in human likeness.

!And being found in appearance as a

man, He humbled Himself and became

obedient to deatheven death on a

!Therefore

God exalted Him to the

highest place and gave Him the name
that is above every name, that at the
name of Jesus every knee should bow,
in heaven and on earth and under the
earth, and every tongue confess that
Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God
the Father. Amen.

Lent Series

During our times of worship on Sunday mornings, we will focus on whats become
known as The Lords Prayer. It was a prayer that the Lord Jesus gave when he was
teaching the disciples and a multitude of people in his famous message known as
The Sermon on the Mount. In this message, Jesus gave his followers a model of
prayer that has served Christians well over the last 2,000 years, and is often
considered part of the basic discipleship that every Christian should master.
February 22: Our Father in Heaven

Ash Wednesday Service: February 18th, 7-8pm

We will mark the beginning of the Season of Lent with a special service on Ash

and need of a Saviour; (2) to renew our commitment to daily repentance in all of

sin and death. Make plans now to join our community of faith in this journey
towards the celebration of Easter.
