UBALDO, of legal age, Filipino, Widower, with residence and postal address at Caloocan, Matnog, Sorsogon, Philippines, owner of Lot no. 969-B-4 being a portion of Lot No 969-B Psd-05-038196, situated in the Barangay of Gadgaron, Matnog, Sorsogon, Philippines, more particularly bounded and described as follows: A parcel of agricultural land (Lot # 969-B-$ Psd __________________ being a portion of Lot # 969-B, Psd 05 038196) situated in the Barangay of Gadagaron, Municipality of Matnog Province of Sorsogon, Island of Luzon, Philippines, Bounded on the North by Diversion road, South by Lot # 971, on the East by Lot 969-B-13 and on the West by Lot 969-B-5 with an area of TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWENTY EIGHT SQUARE METERS (2,228 sq. m.)
