MTA 302 : ENGINE OVERHAUL

Drain water coolant and engine oil

Disconnect all wiring and piping

Remove engine from the vehicle

Remove engine external components

Remove timing belt / chain

Remove cylinder head from engine

Remove engine internal components

Assemble engine internal components

Install engine external components

Install engine and transmission vehicle

Connect all wiring and piping

Run overhaul engine

MTA 303 : FUEL SYSTEM

Distinguish fuel system

Components location

Ensure air filter condition

Ensure fuel filter condition

Ensure fuel line condition

Set engine idle speed

Distinguish and locate mechanical fuel pump

Remove mechanical fuel pump

Install mechanical fuel pump

Identify location, remove and install fuel tank from vehicle.

Test engine running condition.

Identify location, remove and install fuel pressure regulator and electrical
fuel pump.

Check fuel line pressure and function of electrical fuel pump..

Identify location, remove and install of electronic throttle body(ETB) and

fuel injectors.
