Post/ Registered Post and shall return the entire scholarship amount availed
by us from IOCL along with 18% p/a interest within one month from the date
of such information. If scholarship amount availed from IOCL is not returned
along with 18% p/a interest, IOCL shall have the right to recover the amount
and can also initiate legal proceedings against me/my legal heirs.
7. That, I accept and take responsibility of any action/legal action initiated by
IOCL, in case my son/daughter/ward

information / data / detail or false / fabricated / tempered documents /
