Explanation:
Retailers have to send above message in correct format to XXXXX.
Where XXXXX is our server number which will be provided after activation of
distributorship.
Appkey = It is application key of retailer alloted by you
Operator = It is operator code like AT for airtel, VF for vodafone. Full list of codes
given at end of this guide.
Service Number = It can be mobile number, dth subscriber id, data card number,
postpaid number.
Amount = It is the value for the amount to be recharge.

Suppose retailer appkey is rking79 and retailer want to recharge a mobile number
9999999999 with amount 100 and operator is Vodafone then SMS will be:

Send above message to our server number.
Retailer will receive a confirmation of
recharge on his mobile number instantly
with either SUCCESS or Failed with reason
code. Please see the error codes given at the
end.

operator and it all depends on the decision
of operator only to refund or not.
