Personal Leadership Project Planning

Role :
Administrasi Kredit pada PT. BPRKS Bandung

Target :
Menangani nasabah yang ingin mengajukan proses kredit dan dan membina hubungan
dengan nasabah di daerah Bandung dan sekitarnya.

Action Plan :
1. Melakukan kegiatan administrasi dengan nasabah yang ingin mengajukan proses
kredit selama jam kerja kantor dengan mengumpulkan beberapa berkas-berkas
syarat pengajuan proses kredit.
2. Melakukan proses pengecekan dokumen berkas kredit yang diajukan oleh nasabah.
3. Menganalisa dokumen berkas, dan menyimpulkan apakah nasabah ini layak untuk
mengajukan proses kredit atau tidak.
4. Mengunjungi nasabah dan melakukan pengecekan asset nasabah, apakah seseuai
dengan berkas yang diajukan oleh nasabah atau tidak.

Personal leadership tersebut mulai dijalankan 1Febuari 2015 hingga 28 Febuari 2015,
terhitung 21 hari kerja.

I am a first child from two brothers in my family, my age 25 years old, and single. I
am a graduate student in Information Systems at Maranatha Christiant University, and I will
be awarded an M.S. degree in October 2012. Since i was child, my father teaches all of him
children how to be a tough and independent person and My mother taught me about the
power of inspiration and courage, and she did it with a strength and a passion that I wish
could be bottled. He made us understand how to responsible on every decision we made and
how to deal with the concequences. Im a nice fun and friendly person, Im honest and
punctual, I work well in a team but also on my own as I like to set myself goals which I will
achieve, I have good listening and communication skills. I have a creative mind and am
always up for new challenges. I am well organized and always plan ahead to make sure I
manage my time well. I have excellent skill to do anything, like marketing concept and
analyst Information System. Im willingness to study and increase knwoledge for anything.
I am an enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, responsible and hard working person. I am a
mature team worker and adaptable to all challenging situations. I am able to work well both
in a team environment as well as using own initiative.

PERSONAL MISSION STATEMENT

Primary identity : Cultural Mission Statement

Cognitive Mission Statement: We must keep learning and learn from mistakes is important
thing, cause a failure is not always a mistake, it may simply be the best one can do under the
circumstances. The real mistake is to stop trying, mostly from the only Savior and greatest
teacher of all and prepare for the better future. Exceed my potential and help others to exceed
their potential as well.
Cultural Mission Statement: Knowledge is the key of acceptance. Knowledge is of two
kinds first, we know a subject ourselves, or we know where we can find information about
it. For me makes people understand each other better than do everything, without listening
to the opinions of others And if they understand each other better in their soul, it is easier to
overcome the economic and political barriers. But first they have to understand that their
neighbour is, in the end, just like them, with the same problems, the same questions.
Emotional Mission Statement: Just be myself and if you want to be appreciated by the
others, respect others people first. Be passionate in everything I do and rest will attend to
myself. If I can do it, anybody can do it. It's possible. And it's your turn. So go for it. It's
never too late to become what you always wanted to be in the first place.
Physical Mission Statement: My body is like breakfast, just lunch, and dinner. I don't think
about it, I just have it. Eat healthily, sleep well, breathe deeply, move harmoniously.
Spiritual Mission Statement : Be positive, live my life with passion, love and be blessing
for my family, friends, organization and everywhere i live. It depends on how it is done but
what we are drifting into, which is that people grow up without any sense of a spiritual
dimension to life, is just impoverishing.

5 CORE VALUES

1. Freedom I really care about this stuff, I care about movies, and you just have to
be strong and don't be stupid, freedom of choice is a big responsibility, and I'm lucky
enough not to have to just take any movie to pay the rent, so there's no need to be
greedy.
2. Abundant Inspiration just making my dream into reality begins with what you
have, not with what you are waiting on.
3. Teamwork For me, teamwork is very important for succesfull of the goals,
because The greater the loyalty of a group toward the group, the greater is the
motivation among the members to achieve the goals of the group, and the greater the
probability that the group will achieve its goals.
4. Simplicity I think a lot of tunes can suffer from being so simple, so either they get
over-complicated or their simplicity means the simple way to lay them down
becomes the difficulty. True simplicity is, well, you just keep on going and going
until you get to the point where you go, 'Yeah, well, of course.' Where there's no
rational alternative.
5. Hardwork Keep my dreams alive. Understand to achieve anything requires faith
and belief in yourself, vision, hard work, determination, and dedication. Remember
all things are possible for those who believe. Because The price of success is hard
work, dedication to the job at hand, and the determination that whether we win or
lose, we have applied the best of ourselves to the task at hand.

PERSONAL VISSION

Just wake up and making a dream into reality..

Everyone have a dream, and me to. But in order to make dreams come into reality, it takes
an awful lot of determination, dedication, self-discipline, and effort. As long as I life, I've
learned a few that things change, people change, and it doesn't mean you forget the past or
try to cover it up. It simply means that you move on and treasure the memories. Letting go
doesn't mean giving up. It means accepting that some things weren't meant to be. We've
made a mistake and not all faults should be regret. There was a mistake that even we should
be grateful. No body one likes to make mistakes. But if you want to go through life with the
good thing, then there is no guarantee that you don't make mistakes. If you can learn from
the mistakes of the right, then you will get a new fuel to move forward and you can make
your dreams into reality.Because from the mistakes you've made, of course, you will grow
and wise. So, Don't spend your life looking back thinking what you should have done, the
past is just that, but the future is your's to create, so make your dreams a reality. Dreams are
your paints, the world is your canvas. Believing, is the brush that converts your dreams into
a masterpiece of reality.
