CONTRACT TO SELL

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, OFELIA DIMLA, married to Alfredo Dimla, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of
Balucoc, Apalit, Pampanga, is authorized representative of MARIA LEIZEL D. DOMINGO,
MARIA SOCORRO D. BAGAFORO and DR. MA. ROSARIO R. MAGBUHOS of
Poblacion, Pulilan, Bulacan, hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY;
AND
I, ENGR. TEODORO CORTEZ, married, of legal age, Filipino and residing at Sitio
Cabiaobakal, Balucoc Apalit, Pampanga, hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PARTY,
after having sworn in accordance the law depose and say the following:
THAT, the First Party is the absolute owner of a parcel of land known as Lot No.4134
with an area of 7, 511 square meters more or less, covered by Tax Declaration No. 2014-1901400467 and located at Sta. Peregrina, Pulilan, Bulacan;
THAT, the Second Party is the buyer in good faith over the portion of the said subject
land with an area of 3, 312 square meters more or less in the amount of TWO MILLION
EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTEEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED (Php. 2,815,200.00) PESOS
ONLY;
THAT, both Parties agreed to the following conditions as stipulated hereunder:
1. The First Party will assume/shoulder all the expenses for the BIR.
THAT, upon signing of this document, the Second Party will give the amount of Php.
500,000.00 to the First Party as down payment and the balance in the amount of Php.
2,315,200.00 will be paid on the following manners:
Second payment: March 2015 in the amount of Php. 1,500,000.00
Third payment: April 2015 in the amount of Php. 815,200.00
THAT, the First Party will execute a Deed of Absolute Sale in favor of the Second Party
upon receipt of the full payment of the total cost of the said subject land in the amount of Php.
2,815,200.00.
THAT, this document was executed by both Parties to attest the veracity of this
agreement.
IN WITNESS HEREOF, both Parties affix their signatures below on this _____day of
