so for my degree project i will be exploring how design can provoke happiness and essentially positively aect a persons
immediate emotional state
RESEARCH
so what the hell is it? with readings, movies, survey answers. im beginning to get an understanding for our very complex
minds. ive really enjoyed researching and hopefully will be able to continue throughout the entire semester
ARTIFACTS
i look forward to doing this with a happy gram sort of app and an interactive installation

GOAL
OBJECTIVE
to get people to live in that particular moment with a smile on their face
by getting people to live in a particular moment and hopefully get them to turn their frown upside down
AUDIENCE
anyone really. happiness doesnt age discriminate. but really whoever has a smart phone to download an app. for the
installation the audience would be professionals and peers ranging from 20 to 65 years old.
CONTENT
the app would contain happy images / videos / phrases / prompts that correlate back to my
research + the installation would play a collection of laughter sounds and contain educational text
