_CORPORATE STRATEGY_

*Head of Business Strategy*

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Establishing mid to long term strategy identifying corporate

vision, mission and incentives to support and achieve the strategy.
* Develop detailed BP annually, and convert BP goals and objectives
into high-level strategic action plans.
* Monitor and report monthly company performance against BP with
recommendations.
* Monthly/Quarterly Re-forecasting of BP targets (financials) with
recommendation on strategy/activity to meet or exceed key high
level targets.
* Vetting business case from commercial with proposals/
recommendations in line with BP targets and objectives prior to
CXO approval.
* Post campaign analysis (case basis) and analysis reports to CXOs
with recommendations.
* Manage CPMO to coordinate, supervise and facilitate projects under BP.
* Assist management with special projects with market overview,
business model, positioning analysis, mid to long term strategy etc.

*EDUCATION:*

* BSC or BBA from a reputed University.

* MBA and/or similar Degree in Finance from a reputed University.

*EXPERIENCE:*

* More than 5 years working experience in telecommunication industry.

* 2 ? 3 years working experience re Business Planning (Commercial,
Technical and Financial).
* Experience in project management with proven track record.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

* Superior analytical and assessment ability within context with the

competence to take and influence fast decision making with
accountability.
* Certification and/or training on PMO.
* Strong people and team management skills.
* Ability to building strong relationships with key stakeholders at
all levels of the business and externally.
* MS Office and basic IT knowledge.

*Head of Corporate Management*

*_KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:_*

* Risk mitigation plan monitoring, execution and control managing

Enterprise Wide Risk Management (EWRM) system and regular reporting.
* Supervise and facilitate ?Business Continuity Project? for the
company.
* Prepare BSC (Balance Score Card) identifying company KPI and
determine KPI cascading in different level.
* Supervise Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9000.
* Prepares, organizes and maintains contract records and files
documenting contract performance and compliance.
* Process development and improvement based on ISO 9000.

*_EDUCATION:_*

* BSC or BBA from a reputed University.

* MBA and/or similar Degree in Finance from a reputed University.

*_EXPERIENCE:_*

* More than 5 years working experience in telecommunication industry.

* 2 ? 3 years working experience re Risk Management and Quality
Control.
* Experience in managing EWRMS & QMS.

*_KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:_*

* Strong communication, interpersonal and cooperation capability.

* Proven track record as a leader, a coach as well as an enabler
within team and cross function set-up.
* Certification and/or training on EWRMS & QMS.
* Strong people and team management skills.
* Ability to building strong relationships with key stakeholders at
all levels of the business and externally.
* MS Office and basic IT knowledge.
