METHODS OF MAINTAING BEST HEALTH.
However, for many of who are lazy and those who do not care much - this is going
to be useless info.
For many this would be EASILY SAID THAN DONE.
But the reality is if one can follow the below things at their maximum ability , they
can PREVENT LOTS and LOTS
OF TIME MONEY AND LABOR and EVEN ENJOY LIFE FULL EXTEND.
ABOVE ALL, WITH THEIR HEALTHY BODY AND MIND THEY CAN PERFORM REALLY WELL IN WHATEVER THEY DO.

Most Imp Note : THAT THIS IS ALL TRUTH and THERE IS NO EXAGERATION IN ANY OF
THE BELOW IDEAS.
However, everyone is in different state of health and require special care before
following any new routines.
It is always better to be sure before doing things.

Please note that WHEN BODY IS HEALTHY , ONLY THEN THE MIND IS GIVEN BEST
CHANCE TO BE CALM & PEACEFUL.
AS REALISED BY ALL, MIND AND BODY ARE COMPLETELY INTER-DEPENDENT.

HERE IS THE ROUTINE :

A. Eat Only When Hungry (most IMPORTANT) or make yourself hungry by physical
activity.
but also make your routine such that you get hungry on same times every day.

B. Do not drink water upto 30mins before food and upto 2 hours after food.

C. Always eat food with closed mouth without fail, chew thoroughly and taste well,
use lot of saliva & mix with food before swallowing.
Open mouth only to feed the food.

D. Do not restrict food type even oil is required by body but it should be right kind of
oil.
Have all types of food.
Only restrictions are : heavy oil, maida, high salty or very bitter taste, do not take
white sugar at all (its crap).
White sugar is sucrose which is useless to body. For sweetness take little Jaggery
which is very very good.
Have food containing all the 6 types of tastes - compulsory.
Have tasty & hygienic food only. Have in quantity as told by your desires (not doctor
or dietician), do not eat less or more - your body will tell you.
As a signal stop eating when you get 1st or max 2nd bulching.

E. Wash face & limbs, calm your mind - forget all discussion topics before eating.
Never talk or have worries while eating & concentrate completely on food's taste.

F. Do not take bath 30minutes before food and upto 2 hours after food.

G. Drink 8-10 Glasses of water through day (normal water & sometimes warm
water)
PEOPLE THINK THEY ARE DRINKING MINERAL WATER, ITS JUST THE OPPOSITE.
THERE IS NO MINERAL AT ALL- ABSOLUTELY ZERO MINERALS in SO CALLED MINERAL
WATER BOTTLE.
MOSTLY ITS JUST DISTILLED WATER- IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE PUT SOME FISHES IN
SUCH A WATER
AND SEE. FISH WILL DIE!!!! So we are drinking such water in which even fishes
cannot survive??

Best Water to drink is well water filtered by cotton cloth and then stored in earthen
pot.
Water Exposed to SUNLIGHT OR kept in Copper utensil is very good.
NEXT, NEVER EVER drink cold refridgerated water at all - it wastes your body's
energy.
REMEMBER - Always drink water slowly, take atleast 2minutes to drink 1 glass of
water.

Sleep between 10-11PM and wake up between 6 to 7AM, exactly total 8 hours (for
less than 45 years age)
Perform meditation at some time in a day to avoid mind related worries & you can
replace sleep by meditation
For Example - If you spent 1 hour in meditation then you cut down on sleep by 1
hour.
Important - SLEEP in room which is well ventilated and with good oxygen supply.

6-7AM
2-Glasses warm water first thing in morning- winter, rainy & other seasons.
(2-Glasses cold water first thing in morning- summer)
Empty stomach & Perform surya namaskar for 21 times while repeating positive
phrases to yourself

7-8AM
Have green tea, tulasi, ginger juice
1 HOUR of exercise- any type
(walking,jogging,aerobics,gym,yogaasan,pranayam,joint exercises
OR perform any kriya, prayer OR follow Bakthi path - Kirtan - utter your fav God's
name
OR perform mantra chanting
OR have bath and perform small Yagya.

By 9AM
Morning time - have food stomach full.

Have the following before breakfast : Mixture of Gingerpowder-1pinch, 1 spoon


Sesame-Til, 2-3 Blackdates, Flaxseeds - just 1 or 2 pinch , only 5-6 Badams.
Take them all, chew well and eat.
Have Mixed Fruits OR Corn+Bajra+Wheat+Raagi+Barley+Oats cereals in morning
OR Have full meals OR Have good quantity of Sprouts all pulses mix or any one.
Have 1 tumbler Butter Milk

11-12AM
Slowly drink 3 Glasses of water

1PM
Lunch quantity less or more should be depending on morning food.
Have meals with more of vegetables, pulses & greens - carrot, drumstick etc at
afternoon.
Include more of these spices in lunch - turmeric, ginger, black Pepper, fenugreek,
coriander, cloves, cinnamon.
Have brahmi Pak or Jaggery little before or after every meals.
Cow Ghee along with all cooked meals
Include 1 Cup Buttermilk, or curd or lime juice after noon meal (on summer season)

3PM
Slowly drink 2-3 Glasses of warm water

4PM
If you did not have fruits in the morning Have this 2 fruits for sure at this time- blackberries and gauva - they are the best of
all fruits.

5PM
Any snack as you like but have less quantity.
(OR may be drink tea or fruit juice.) OR one may skip this.

7PM
Mostly try to have light tifeen at evening.
Triphala+Ashwagandh+Shilajit mix

8-9PM
Go for walking 30mins to 1hr OR watch TV.
NOTE - do not drink too much water after 6PM. Just have enough.
So one should complete 80% water intake quota before evening.

9PM
Chyavanprash with hot Milk or atleast turmeric+ginger+pepper mixed with hot milk
(Indian Cows') at Night

***Indulge on your favorite dishes (anything u like ) only on FRIDAY ( but follow the
timings)***

***But on Saturdays - Restrict yourself or even fast (fruit fasting) for 1 time***

***BREATH MORE AND MORE CONSCIOUSLY AS MUCH AS YOU CAN. PLS START
DOING THIS RIGHT AWAY.***

***DO NOT HAVE BLIND FAITH ON MEDICAL SCIENCE,


THEY ARE SELLING CRAP IN THE NAME OF MEDICINES & DRUGS- IN ACTUAL THEY
ARE USELESS, HARMFUL and even DEADLY.
FACT IS NOBODY WANTS TO SELL MEDICINE THAT CURES DISEASES, PEOPLE ARE SO
MUCH PSYCHOLOGICALLY CHEATED THAT
THEY THINK MEDICINES & DRUGS ARE NEEDED BY THEIR BODY , FACT IS BODY
NEEDS NUTRIENTS - THATS ALL***

***DO NOT EVEN TAKE VITAMINS TABLETS, TONICS ETC- IF YOU TAKE TOO MUCH OF
VITAMINS

their mind in at unrest due to any reason then still they face health problem
So, keep your mind calm. Have some higher purpose in life and dedicate yourself for
that
Passion keeps life clock ticking***

Lastly, follow these as much as you can and do not keep worrying if you cannot
perform 1 or 2 routine
Just do as much as you can and feel comfortable.
