We waited for the end of Jose Fuentes one-year redemption period.
Then what happened?
Jose Fuentes still did not redeem it.

Dwisdoms President and Chairman of the board Elmer Damalerio executed an
affidavit of consolidation to transfer the title from Jose Fuentes to Dwisdom.

land title, we filed a motion to direct Defendant Jose Fuentes to surrender the
Duplicate Owners Copy of his land title in MTCC Branch 1 Davao City.

The motion to direct Jose Fuentes to surrender his duplicate owners title was
granted.

August 15, 2014 has passed and Jose Fuentes still did not surrender the owners
duplicate title to the court.
