Rockwills Golden Club

INTRODUCTION
In line with the Companys objective of promoting excellent performance and commitment,
the Company shall reward an overseas trip to all Area Franchisee, Senior Franchisee and
Franchisees of Rockwills who achieve the qualification for this incentive trip.
In order to qualify this incentive trip, the following terms and conditions apply.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Tour Holiday
1. The Company will announce the Overseas Tour Holiday venue and date to all Franchisees
of Rockwills.
2. The tour holiday shall be opened to all qualifiers.
3. The Company reserves the right to postpone, cancelled and replace the earlier venue with
a new venue.
Objectives
1. The main objective of this incentive trip is to recognize and motivate Franchisees who have
achieved the necessary qualification.
2. All tickets are NOT transferable or change into cash.
3. Only Professional Estate Planners under the qualified franchise licences, individual franchise
licence holders or Directors of the company which holds
4. the franchise licence are entitled to join this incentive trip.
5. Qualifiers who are entitled to 2 tickets can only be allowed to bring the following persons to
the incentive trip and with the strict condition that the
6. qualifiers must also personally join this incentive trip.
a. Spouse of the Franchisees or Professional Estate Planner(s) under the qualified franchise
licence
b. Directors of the company which holds the franchise licence
c. Personal Assistant of the Franchisees
Category
1. There are two (2) contest categories for this incentive trip.
a. Individual Category - Franchisee Category
b. Group Category - Area Representative & Senior Franchisee Category
2. Each Franchisee is allowed to participate in more than one of the contest category
subject to a maximum of 2 tickets only.
3. The top 3 rookies from Rising Star Award will be rewarded with 10,000, 8,000 and 5,000
RWGC points respectively.
Eligibility
1. Only those Franchisees with their own Wills submitted and kept with Rockwills, custody fee
paid up to date and subscribe to Professional Indemnity
2. Insurance are eligible to participate in this incentive trip.
3. Each Franchisee is allowed to qualify for a maximum of 2 tickets.
4. The maximum of 2 tickets can come from either one or two contest categories.

Incentive Trip Contest Period

1. The qualifying period shall be from January December 2012.
General Qualification
1. The following sales are counted for the purpose of qualification (for both personal and
group sales) under this incentive trip:
a. Will-writing fee (new Wills and rewrite cases)
b. Will translation fee
c. Custody fee (Annual, Lifetime, Exclusive Lifetime and All Wills Custody)
d. Renewal of custody fee (Annual)
e. Upgrade of custody fee (to Lifetime and Exclusive Lifetime)
f. Rockwills Trustee appointment fee (with full payment)
g. UPrepare
h. Rockwills Trustee Private Trust set up fee
i. UDeclare
j. Business Value Protection Trust Deed fee
k. 3G Family Biz Trust
l. New Franchise Licence Fee* (upon full payment)
*The new recruit must submit ALL necessary documents which includes:
Franchise Application & Registration form; and
Franchise agreement duly signed and returned; and
Payment of franchisee fees

m. Renewal of Franchise Licence Fee (upon full payment)

2. From time to time, the Company may introduce new product or service and the Company
will keep franchisees informed whether such new product or service carry RWGC points.
3. Estate administration fee and trust management fee are NOT counted for this contest.
4. Only paid sales are given RWGC points unless otherwise stated by the Company.
5. In order for the sales to be considered for this incentive trip, all sales must be submitted and
concluded by the last working day of December.
6. All Wills and Trust Cases submitted must be registered and concluded by Rockwills before
the closing of the incentive trip contest period is considered as sales.
7. Franchisees are NOT allowed to transfer Wills completed from one franchise licence
account to another. If any malpractice or manipulation is detected, the Franchisee will be
disqualified automatically.
8. One ringgit sale is equivalent to one point for the purpose of this incentive trip qualification.
9. From time to time, the Company may run short term contests to assist Franchisees in
reaching the qualification of the incentive trip. The additional points obtained are only
taken into account for both personal sales and group sales.
10. In order to be entitled for the additional points, Franchisees must follow strictly the terms
and conditions apply for each short term contest.
11. For the purpose of this incentive trip, one full qualification will be entitled to one ticket.
12. The Company also allows prorated qualification for Franchisees who achieved not less
than 50% of the full qualification in personal sales and 50% of the full qualification in group
sales.
13. Franchisees that exceed one full qualification, but fall short of 2 full qualifications are only
entitled to 1 ticket. Franchisees are NOT entitled to a prorated second ticket.
Area Licensee/Senior Franchisee Category Qualification
1. This contest category is open only to all Area Licensees/Senior Franchisees of Rockwills.
2. For every full qualification, Area Licensee/Senior Franchisee will be entitled to a full ticket up
to a maximum of 2 tickets.

3. A full qualification means minimum total group sales (group gross income) of 1,260,000
points.
4. 2 full qualifications mean minimum total group sales (group gross income) of 2,520,000
points.
5. The table for prorated qualification is as follow:

6. Total group sales are determined by adding 2 tiers down lines sales. Area Licensee /Senior

7. Area Licensees/Senior Franchisees are entitled to qualify for 2 full tickets when 2 times of the
full qualification is achieved.
Franchisee Category Qualification
1. This contest category is open only to all Franchisees of Rockwills.
2. For every full qualification, Franchisee will be entitled to a full ticket up to a maximum of 2
tickets.
3. A full qualification means minimum personal sales of 180,000 points.
4. 2 full qualifications mean minimum personal sales of 360,000 points.
5. The table for prorated qualification is as follow:

Other Conditions
1. Franchisees are required to read the terms and conditions for this incentive trip as a whole
and not in isolation.
2. Other awards given by the Company will not be entitled Franchisees to any addition
qualification or ticket for this incentive trip.
3. Qualification of this incentive trip does not automatically qualify the Franchisees to any
other incentives. Other incentives are given solely at the discretion of the Company.
4. Each qualifier is only allowed 1 ticket to the Rockwills Annual Convention and Awards
Dinner.
5. The decision of the Company shall be final in the event of any dispute.
6. The Company reserves the right and at its sole discretion to alter, amend or change the
above terms and conditions if it deems fit.

CEO Award
INTRODUCTION
In line with the Companys objective of promoting excellent performance and commitment,
the Company shall reward a holiday trip to all Area Franchisee, Senior Franchisee and
Franchisee of Rockwills who achieve the qualification for this incentive trip. In order to qualify this
incentive, the following terms and conditions apply.

In order for the sales to be considered for this incentive trip, all sales must be submitted and
concluded by the last working day of July.
All Wills and Trust Cases submitted must be registered and concluded by Rockwills before
the closing of this incentive trip contest period is considered as sales.
Franchisees are NOT allowed to transfer Wills completed from one franchise licence
account to another. If any malpractice or manipulation is detected, the Franchisee will be
disqualified automatically.
One ringgit sale is equivalent to one point for the purpose of this contest qualification.
From time to time, the Company may run short term contests to assist Franchisees in
reaching the qualification of this incentive trip. The additional points obtained are only
taken into account for both personal sales and group sales.
In order to be entitled for the additional points, Franchisees must follow strictly the terms and
conditions apply for each short term contest.
For the purpose of this incentive trip, one full qualification will be entitled to one ticket.
The Company also allows prorated qualification for Franchisees who achieved not less than
50% of the full qualification in personal sales and 50% of the full qualification in group sales.
Franchisees that exceed one full qualification, but fall short of 2 full qualifications are only
entitled to 1 ticket. Franchisees are not entitled to a prorated second ticket.

Area Licensee/Senior Franchisee Category Qualification

1. This contest category is open only to all Area Licensees/Senior Franchisees of Rockwills.
2. For every full qualification, Area Licensee/Senior Franchisee will be entitled to a full ticket up
to a maximum of 2 tickets.
3. A full qualification means minimum total group sales (group gross income) of 630,000 points.
4. 2 full qualifications mean minimum total group sales (group gross income) of 1,260,000
points.
5. The table for prorated qualification is as follow:

2. For every full qualification, Franchisee will be entitled to a full ticket up to a maximum of 2
tickets.
3. A full qualification means minimum personal sales of 90,000 points.
4. 2 full qualifications mean minimum personal sales of 180,000 points.

INTRODUCTION
In line with the Companys restructuring of Rockwills and to recognise the excellent
performance of Franchisees, and to streamline the Awards, the Company shall introduce the
following awards and recognitions to Franchisees based on personal sales and group sales.
Personal Sales
1. Rockwills Challenge Trophy awards for the top 3 Franchisees who have the highest
personal sales from 1st January till 31st December 2012. The Champion shall win the President
Jacket for the year.
2. Chairman Challenge Trophy awards for the top 3 Franchisees who have the highest
number of new wills from 1st January till 31st December 2012.
3. CEO Challenge Trophy awards for the top 3 Franchisees who have the highest personal
RWT executorship appointments from 1st January till 31st December 2012.
4. Trustee Challenge Trophy awards for the top 3 Franchisees who have the highest number
of new private trust cases from 1st January till 31st December 2012.
5. Rising Star Award (No. of Wills) - recognise the top 3 New Franchisees(joined Rockwills from
January 2011) who achieve the highest number of wills submitted from 1st January till 31st
December 2012.
6. Rising Star Award (Gross Sales) - recognise the top 3 New Franchisees(joined Rockwills from
January 2011) who achieve the highest personal sales submitted from 1st January till 31st
December 2012.
Group Sales
1. Group Sales Award (No. of Wills) This new award is for the top 5 leaders who have the
highest number of group wills from 1st January till 31st December 2012.
2. Group Sales Award (No. of Trust Cases) This new award is for the top 5 leaders who have
the highest number of group trust cases from 1st January till 31st December 2012.
3. Dato Seri Goh Eng Toon Challenge Trophy (Gross Sales of 2 tiers) awards for the top 5
Franchisees who have the highest group sales ( 2 tiers) from 1st January till 31st December
2012.
Achievements
1. Hall of Fame recognize Franchisees who have done Wills and custody cost RM5,000 or
more.
2. 100k Club Member recognize Franchisees who have done a minimum of RM100,000
personal gross sales of all Rockwills products from 1st January till 31st December 2012.
3. Top Recruiter Award awards for the top 3 Franchisees who have the highest number of
new recruits from 1st January till 31st December 2012.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Only those Franchisees with their own Wills submitted and kept with Rockwills, custody fee
paid up to date and subscribe to Professional Indemnity Insurance are eligible to qualify for
the awards and recognitions.
2. The qualifying period for each award and recognition is from 1st January till 31st December
2012 except for the Hall of Fame.
3. In order for the sales to be considered for each award and recognition, all sales must be
submitted and concluded by the last working day of December.

5. Franchisees are NOT allowed to transfer Wills completed from one franchise licence

8. All general terms and conditions shall apply to all awards and recognitions in addition to the
other specific terms of the respective award introduced by the Company.

In line with the Companys restructuring of Rockwills and to recognise the excellent
performance of Franchisees, the Company shall award the top 3 Franchisees who have the
highest personal sales from 1st January till 31st December 2012.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. For the purpose of calculating personal sales, the following sales are counted:
i. Will-writing fee (new Wills and rewrite cases)
ii.Custody fee (Annual, Lifetime and Exclusive Lifetime)
iii.Renewal of custody fee (Annual)
iv.Upgrade of custody fee (to Lifetime and Exclusive Lifetime)
v.Recruitment of new Franchisees
vi.Renewal of franchise license
vii.RWT Executorship appointment fee
viii.UPrepare fee
ix.UDeclare set up fee

xi.Private trust set up fee (inclusive of EZ trust & other promotional product)

2. Only sales done under the Franchisees own licence are counted for this award.
3. Only top 3 Franchisees who have the highest personal sales shall receive:

3) CEO Challenge Trophy
INTRODUCTION
In line with the Companys objective of recognising the excellent performance of Franchisees,
the Company shall award the top 3 Franchisees who have the highest personal RWT
executorship appointments from 1st January till 31st December 2012.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. For the purpose of calculating personal RWT executorship appointments, the following
appointments are counted:

3. Only RWT executorship appointments under the Franchisees own licence are counted for
this award.
4. Only top 3 Franchisees who have the highest personal RWT executorship appointments shall
receive:

4) Trustee Challenge Trophy
INTRODUCTION
In line with the Companys objective of recognising the excellent performance of Franchisees,
the Company shall award the top 3 Franchisees who have the highest number of UPrepare and
private trust cases from 1st January till 31st December 2012.

1. For the purpose of calculating the above, the following trust cases are counted:

d. Insurance Trusts

In line with the Companys objective of recognizing the excellent performance of our new
franchisees, the Company shall reward the top 3 New Franchisees who achieve the highest
number of wills sales submitted from 1st January till 31st December 2012.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. This Award is only open to Franchisees who joined Rockwills from January 2010
2. The qualifying period shall be from 1st January till 31st December 2012
3. Only sales done under the franchisees own license will be counted for this award.
Rising Star Award (No. of Wills)
1. For the purpose of calculating number of Wills, the following sales are counted:
a. New Wills
b.Rewrite Wills
2. Only Wills done under the Franchisees own licence are counted for this award.
3. Free Wills and translated Wills are NOT counted for this award.
4. Only top 3 Franchisees who have the highest number of wills shall receive:
a. Champion Trophy
b. 1st Runner up Trophy

Rising Star Award (Gross Sales)
1. For the purpose of calculating personal sales, the sale of the following product and services
will be counted:

INTRODUCTION
In line with the Companys restructuring of Rockwills and to recognise the excellent
performance of our leaders who are good at building their group from 1st January till 31st
December 2012, the Company shall award them with the Group Sales Award.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. These awards are only open to all Area Licensees/Senior Franchisees of Rockwills.
2. Area Licensees/Senior Franchisees personal sales are NOT counted for this award.
3. Total group sales are determined by adding 2 tiers down lines sales (gross income).
Group Sales Award (No. of Wills)
1. For the purpose of calculating number of Wills, the following group sales are counted:
a. New Wills
b. Rewrite Wills
2. Free Wills and translated Wills are NOT counted for this award.
3. Total group number of Wills is determined by adding 2 tiers down lines number of Wills. Wills
registered under the Area Licensees personal licence are NOT counted for this award.
4. Only top 5 Area Licensees/Senior Franchisees who have the highest total number of Wills
shall receive
a. Champion Trophy
b. 1st Runner up
c. 2nd Runner up
d. 3rd Runner up
e. 4th runner up

Achievements
1) 100K Club Members
INTRODUCTION
In line with the Companys objective of recognising the excellent performance of Franchisees,
the Company shall recognize Franchisees who have achieved a minimum of RM100,000
personal gross sales of all Rockwills products from 1st January till 31st December 2012 are
recognized as 100K Club members.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. For the purpose of calculating personal sales, the following sales are counted:
a. Will-writing fee (new Wills and rewrite cases)
b. Translation fee
c. Custody fee (Annual, Lifetime and Exclusive Lifetime)
d. Renewal of custody fee (Annual)
e. Upgrade of custody fee (to Lifetime and Exclusive Lifetime)
f. RWT Executorship appointment fee

INTRODUCTION
The objective of the subsidies is to ensure the extensive presence of Rockwills in every part of
Malaysia and to provide sustainable income to our Franchisees. In order to fulfil the objective,
the Company provide subsidies to Franchisees of Rockwills having offices which exclusively
operate the services offered by Rockwills and have erected signboard exclusively to promote
the services of Rockwills. To qualify for the subsidies, the following terms and conditions shall
apply.
Estate planning services of Rockwills means Wills, Will Custody and all Trust services.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Eligibility
1. Franchisee must have his/her own Will written by and submitted to Rockwills.
2. The Will of the Franchisee must be using the Will Custody of Rockwills and have not been
retrieved.
3. The Will Custody fee must be paid up to date and the Franchisee must subscribe to the
Professional Indemnity Insurance to be eligible to claim these subsidies.
4. For office subsidy, Franchisee must have an office exclusively operating as a Rockwills estate
planning office to claim the subsidy.
5. A Franchisee can claim the signboard subsidy only once.

1) Signboard Subsidy
1. A Franchisee is entitled to claim a maximum of RM500 being the actual expenses incurred to
have a Rockwills signboard.
2. The signboard subsidy does NOT cover installation cost and signboard space rental.
3. The artwork, draft and design of the Rockwills signboard AND the signboard subsidy claim
form MUST be submitted to Rockwills Marketing Department for approval before any claim
can be process. The signboard must carry the words stating A Franchisee of Rockwills
4. Rockwills Marketing Department will provide a written reply to approve or reject the
application for signboard subsidy within 14 working days upon receipt of the receiving the
artwork, draft and design of the Rockwills signboard AND the signboard subsidy claim form.
5. Once approval is given as stated in Para 4 above, the Franchisee must submit a picture of
the Rockwills signboard, invoice & receipt within 14 working days in order to claim for the
subsidy payment for the Rockwills signboard.
6. Failure to submit all necessary documents and materials to Rockwills Marketing Department
within the specified dateline will disqualify the Franchisee from claiming the signboard
subsidy.
2) Office Subsidy
1. In order for Franchisees to be eligible to claim any office subsidy, Franchisees must sign and
submit the Rockwills Office Subsidy Application Form to Rockwills Marketing Department.
2. It is advisable for Franchisees to keep a copy of the Application Form for future reference.
3. Franchisee must have an office exclusively operating as a Rockwills estate planning office
offering only estate planning services of Rockwills in order to claim the subsidy.
4. Franchisee must display the promotional materials such as bunting, poster, standee etc of
Rockwills in the office.
5. Franchisee must ensure there is an approved signboard (as stated in Signboard Subsidy
above) prominently displayed outside the office.

6. The Management of Rockwills reserves the right to visit the said office regularly to ensure that
the terms and conditions of the office subsidy are met at all time.
7. Payment of office subsidy will be made to the registered owner of the office who signed the
Application Form.

subject to the conditions stated in Para 9 below:

office subsidy for that calendar month. .
10. The Gross Sales counted for office subsidy will be from payment received for Will writing, Will
Custody and/or all the sales from RWT And recruitment fees.
11. The office subsidy must be claimed using our Subsidies Claim Form within 3 calendar months.
12. The Wills, Will Custody and/or all RWT services (except for Estate and Trust Administration)
with full payment submitted to Rockwills on or before the closing date of the month is
considered as sales for that particular calendar month.
13. The Gross Sales amount used to claim for office subsidy CANNOT be used to claim for any
other subsidies provided by Rockwills and any quarterly/monthly incentives except for
Rockwills Golden Club and CEO Award.
14. Similarly, the Gross Sales amount used to claim other subsidies and quarterly/monthly
incentives provided by Rockwills CANNOT be used to claim for office subsidy.
15. Franchisee is NOT allowed to transfer Wills or any RWT cases completed from one franchise
licence account to another franchise licence account. The Franchisee will be disqualified
automatically where there exists any malpractice and/or manipulation.
16. Rockwills reserves the right to review the performance criteria of the subsidy from time to
time.
Other Conditions
1. The decision of the Company shall be final and binding in the event of any dispute.
2. The Company reserves the right and at its sole discretion to alter, amend or change the
above terms and conditions if it deems fit.

3) Advertisement Subsidy
INTRODUCTION
The objective of this incentive is to promote the Rockwills brand name. The Company will
provide subsidy to Franchisees who advertised in newspapers and/or magazines to promote the
estate planning services provided by Rockwills. In order to qualify for this subsidy, the following
terms and conditions shall apply.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Franchisee must have his/her own Will written by and submitted to Rockwills.
2. The Will of the Franchisee must be using the Will Custody of Rockwills and have not been
retrieved.
3. The Will Custody fee must be paid up to date and the Franchisee must subscribe to the
Professional Indemnity Insurance to be eligible to claim these subsidies.
4. The Franchisee must submit the artwork, draft and design of the advertisement to Rockwills
Marketing Department at least 7 working days prior to the publication of the advertisement
for approval. Upon the publication of the approved advertisement, the Franchisee within 3
calendar months must claim for the advertisement subsidy by submitted the duly
completed the Subsidies Claim Form and provide proof of the advertisement to Rockwills
Marketing Department before any claim can be processed for the subsidy. The approved
advertising channels and proof required are as follows:
a. Newspapers (national/regional /local) (proof required the entire page of the original
newspaper with the date of the advertisement where the advertisement appeared)
b. Souvenir program (school, charitable organization, clubs & associations)
(proof required the original souvenir program)
c. Advertisement flyers (e.g. Media Focus) (proof required the original the advertisement
flyer together with the invoice and receipt)
d. Website design fee & first time web hosting cost only (proof required - a print out of the 1st
page of the website together with the invoice and receipt)
e. Banners (proof required - a photo of the banner where it is placed together with the
invoice and receipt)
f. Other form of advertisements subject to approval from Rockwills Marketing Department
(proof required to be advised by Rockwills Marketing Department based on case to
case basis)
5. This advertisement subsidy does NOT cover the cost, if any, of setting up a blog.
6. A Franchisee is only allowed to make a one-time claim on the website design fee as well as
the first time web hosting cost.
7. For the website advertisement claim, the claim may only be made in the month following
the date of the receipt submitted.
8. The Company reserves the right to vary the list of approved advertisement channels by
adding new ones to and removing old ones from the above list from time to time.
9. In order to claim for advertisement subsidy, the advertisement must clearly display the
Rockwills logo and Rockwills name in the correct format (font, relative size, position, colours,
etc) as approved by Rockwills and must not include contents or materials that is deemed
by the Company as offensive or inappropriate.
10. The advertisement subsidy can only be claimed for advertisement that exclusively promotes
any of the estate planning services provided by Rockwills and carry the words A Franchisee
of Rockwills.
11. Entitlement of advertisement subsidy is purely based on sales performance according to
the formula below:

*Subject to clause 12 below

12. Franchisees are only allowed to claim up to 1/3 of the advertisement cost (excluding 6%
service tax) subject to a maximum of RM5,000.
13. In order to be entitled to any advertisement subsidy, there must be a minimum of RM5,000
sales (Will and Custody and Recruitment fees of new Franchisee AND/OR any RWT services
only, except for Estate and Trust Administration) in that calendar month.
14. Franchisees who failed to meet the minimum requirement of RM5,000 sales (as mentioned
above in Para 13) will NOT be entitled to any advertisement subsidy for that calendar
month.
15. The Wills, Will Custody, recruitment and/or all RWT services (except for Estate and Trust
Administration) with full payment submitted to Rockwills on or before the closing date of the
month is considered as sales for that particular calendar month.
16. To qualify as Recruitment of new Franchisee, the said new Franchisee must submit to
Rockwills Marketing Department ALL necessary documents:
i. Duly signed and completed Franchise Application & Registration form; and
ii. Duly signed Franchise Agreement; and
iii. Payment of franchisee fees
17. In situations where there are two or more Franchisees who jointly advertise, the
advertisement cost will be divided equally among the Franchisees who participate in the
said advertisement. Each Franchisee may only claim his/her portion of advertisement cost.
18. Franchisee may use personal sales only to claim for this subsidy. Group sales or sales of
another Franchisee or recruitment of a new Franchisee under another Franchisee may not
be used.
19. The Wills, Will Custody, recruitment of new Franchisees and/or all RWT services (except for
Estate and Trust Administration) used to claim for advertisement subsidy CANNOT be used to
claim for any other subsidies provided by Rockwills and any quarterly/monthly incentives
except for Rockwills Golden Club.
20. Similarly, the Wills, Will Custody, recruitment of new Franchisees and/or all RWT services
(except for Estate and Trust Administration) used to claim other subsidies and
quarterly/monthly incentives provided by Rockwills CANNOT be used to claim for
advertisement subsidy.
21. Franchisee is NOT allowed to transfer Wills or any RWT cases completed from one franchise
licence account to another franchise licence account. The Franchisee will be disqualified
automatically where there exists any malpractice and/or manipulation.
22. Rockwills reserves the right to review the performance criteria of the subsidy from time to
time.
23. The decision of the Company shall be final and binding in the event of any dispute.
24. The Company reserves the right and at its sole discretion to alter, amend or change the
above terms and conditions if it deems fit.
4) Exhibition Subsidy
INTRODUCTION
The objective of this incentive is to promote the brand name of Rockwills and to create public
awareness on the importance of having a Will, Will Custody and Trust. The Company is to
provide a subsidy to Franchisees who have participated in the exhibition for promoting the
estate planning services of Rockwills. In order to qualify for this subsidy, the following terms and
conditions shall apply.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Franchisee must have his/her own Will written by and submitted to Rockwills.
2. The Will of the Franchisee must be using the Will Custody of Rockwills and have not been
retrieved.
3. The Will Custody fee must be paid up to date and the Franchisee must subscribe to the
Professional Indemnity Insurance to be eligible to claim these subsidies.

4. In order to claim for exhibition subsidy, the Franchisee MUST be participating in an exhibition
only promoting Rockwills estate planning business and the Rockwills logo MUST be clearly
display at the exhibition vicinity.
5. The participating Franchisee(s) MUST signed and submit the Exhibition Commitment Form to
Rockwills Marketing Department at least 7 days prior to the exhibition date for the exhibition
subsidy to be approved.
6. Entitlement of this subsidy is based sales performance accordingly to the formula below:
a. Where the Franchisee organises in the exhibition/road show with Rockwills approval:
Formula = Gross Sales** 5% *
** Will & custody, recruitment of new franchisee, all RWT sales except for estate and/or private administration
fees
*Subject to clause 7 below

b. Where Rockwills organize and subsidise in the cost of exhibition/road show:

7. Franchisees are only allowed to claim up to a maximum of 1/2 of the exhibition cost (i.e. the
exhibition space rental and local authority licence fee) or RM5,000 whichever is lower.
8. In the event there are more than one Franchisee sharing the exhibition cost, each
Franchisee can only claim up to a maximum of 1/2 of exhibition cost he/she commits. This
amount for each Franchisee must be clearly specified in the Exhibition Commitment Form.
9. In order to be entitled to any advertisement subsidy, there must be a minimum of RM5,000
sales (Will writing, Will Custody, Recruitment of new Franchisee AND/OR any RWT services
only, except for Estate and Trust Administration) within the permissible period as stated in
Para 12 below.
10. To qualify as Recruitment of new Franchisee, the said new Franchisee must submit to
Rockwills Marketing Department ALL necessary documents:
i. Duly signed and completed Franchise Application & Registration form; and
ii. Duly signed Franchise Agreement; and
iii. Payment of franchisee fees
11. Franchisee can only use his/her personal sales to claim for the exhibition subsidy. Group sales
or sales of another Franchisee or recruitment of a new Franchisee under another Franchisee
CANNOT be used.
12. The permissible period for any exhibition subsidy claim is either:
a. If the last day of the exhibition falls on or before 15th of a calendar month, then the
permissible period ends on the last day of that particular calendar month; or
b. If last day of the exhibition falls on or after 16th of a calendar month, then the permissible
period ends on the last day of the next calendar month.
13. All exhibition subsidies must be claimed using our Subsidies Claim Form within 3 calendar
months.
14. The invoice, receipt of the exhibition space rental and a photo of the exhibition booth MUST
be submitted together with the Subsidies Claim Form before any exhibition subsidy can be
approved.
15. The Company reserves the right to visit the exhibition booth to ensure that only Rockwills
products and services are promoted during the exhibition.
16. The Wills, Will Custody, recruitment and/or all RWT services (except for Estate and Trust
Administration) with full payment submitted to Rockwills on or before the closing date of the
month is considered as sales for that particular calendar month.
17. The Wills, Will Custody, recruitment of new Franchisees and/or all RWT services (except for
Estate and Trust Administration) used to claim for exhibition subsidy CANNOT be used to
claim for any other subsidies provided by Rockwills and any quarterly/monthly incentives
except for Rockwills Golden Club.

18. Similarly, the Wills, Will Custody, recruitment of new Franchisees and/or all RWT services
(except for Estate and Trust Administration) used to claim other subsidies and
quarterly/monthly incentives provided by Rockwills CANNOT be used to claim for exhibition
subsidy.
19. Franchisee is NOT allowed to transfer Wills or any RWT cases completed from one franchise
licence account to another franchise licence account. The Franchisee will be disqualified
automatically where there exists any malpractice and/or manipulation.

5) Business Development Subsidy
INTRODUCTION
The objective of this incentive is to create public awareness on the importance of having a Will,
Will Custody and Trust. The Company is to provide a subsidy to Franchisees who have incurred
expenses to organize public seminars/talks in Malaysia. In order to qualify for this subsidy, the
following terms and conditions shall apply.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Franchisee must have his/her own Will written by and submitted to Rockwills.
2. The Will of the Franchisee must be using the Will Custody of Rockwills and have not been
retrieved.
3. The Will Custody fee must be paid up to date and the Franchisee must subscribe to the
Professional Indemnity Insurance to be eligible to claim these subsidies.
4. In order to claim for business development subsidy, the public seminar/talk must be fulfilled
the following conditions:
a. The public seminar/talk must be strictly for promoting the estate planning services of
Rockwills only. Where the public seminars/talks that promote any other businesses that
the estate planning services of Rockwills, NO subsidy can be claimed.
b. There MUST be clear display of Rockwills logo and bunting at the venue of the talk.
5. This subsidy only covers the actual cost incurred for renting the venue of the public
seminar/talk. Where there is no rental expenses incurred, NO subsidy can be claimed.
6. This subsidy does NOT apply to the cost of printing and distribution of flyers and brochures, as
well as door gifts, souvenirs and lucky draw gifts.
7. Entitlement of this subsidy is based sales performance accordingly to the formula below:
a.Where the Franchisee is the speaker of the public talk/seminar:
Formula = Gross Sales** 5% *

for renting the venue or RM5,000 whichever is lower.

RM5,000 sales (Will writing, Will Custody, Recruitment of new Franchisee AND/OR any RWT
services only, except for Estate and Trust Administration) in that calendar month.

10. To qualify as Recruitment of new Franchisee, the said new Franchisee must submit to
Rockwills Marketing Department ALL necessary documents:
i. Duly signed and completed Franchise Application & Registration form; and
ii. Duly signed Franchise Agreement; and
iii. Payment of franchisee fees

any business development subsidy can be approved.
15. The Wills, Will Custody and/or all RWT services (except for Estate and Trust Administration)
with full payment submitted to Rockwills on or before the closing date of the month is
considered as sales for that particular calendar month.
16. The Wills, Will Custody, recruitment of new Franchisees and/or all RWT services (except for
Estate and Trust Administration) used to claim for this business development subsidy CANNOT
be used to claim for any other subsidies provided by Rockwills and any quarterly/monthly
incentives except for Rockwills Golden Club and CEO Award.
17. Similarly, the Wills, Will Custody, recruitment of new Franchisees and/or all RWT services
(except for Estate and Trust Administration) used to claim other subsidies and

11. All claims of any subsidy must be submitted to Marketing Department within 3 months after
the event concerned or the calendar month concerned. Late submission will not be
entertained.

All individual Rockwills Franchisees are eligible to claim this subsidy.

Only exhibition approved by the local authority can be qualified for this subsidy.
Only those Franchisees with their own Wills submitted and kept with Rockwills, custody fee paid up to date and
subscribe to Professional Indemnity Insurance are entitled to qualify for the subsidy.
4. In order to claim for exhibition subsidy, Franchisees must be participating in an exhibition promoting Rockwills
Will-writing business. Rockwills logo must be clearly display at the exhibition vicinity.
5. Franchisees are not allowed to display any other prominent brochures, flyers, bunting and material from other
companies without the approval from Rockwills Marketing Department. Failure of which the Franchisees will be
disqualify for this subsidy.
6. Every Franchisee must signed and submit the Exhibition Commitment Form to Rockwills Marketing Department
before any exhibition subsidy can be approved.
7. Entitlement of exhibition subsidy is purely based sales performance accordingly to the formula below:
a. Where the Franchisee organises in the exhibition/road show with Rockwills approval.
Formula = Gross Sales 5%
b. Where Rockwills organize and subsidise in the cost of exhibition/road show:
Formula = Gross Sales 3%
8. Franchisees are only allowed to claim up to a maximum of 1/2 of the exhibition cost (purely exhibition space
rental and local authority licence fee).
9. If the total exhibition cost is shared by more than one Franchisee, each Franchisee can only claim up to a
maximum of 1/2 of exhibition cost he or she commit. This amount must be clearly specified in the Exhibition
Commitment Form.
10. In order to be entitled to any exhibition subsidy, there must be a minimum of RM 1,000 sales (Wills and Custody
only) within permissible period.
11. The permissible period for any exhibition subsidy claim is either:
a. If the last day of the exhibition falls on or before 15th of a calendar month, then the permissible period ends
on the last day of that particular calendar month.
b. If last day of the exhibition falls on or after 16th of a calendar month, then the permissible period ends on the
last day of the next calendar month.
12. All exhibition subsidies must be claimed using the Subsidies Claim Form.
13. The invoice and receipt of the exhibition space rental must be submitted together with the Subsidies Claim Form
before any exhibition subsidy can be approved.
14. Only Wills submitted, registered and concluded by Rockwills before the closing of every calendar month is
considered as sales for that calendar month.
15. Sales used to claim this exhibition subsidy cannot be used for the purpose of claiming other subsidies and short
term/monthly incentives except Rockwills Golden Club and CEO Award
16. Similarly, sales used to claim other subsidies and short term/monthly incentives cannot be used for the purpose
of claiming exhibition subsidy.
17. Franchisees are not allowed to transfer Wills completed from one franchise licence account to another. If any
malpractice or manipulation is detected, the Franchisee will be disqualified automatically.
18. All claims of any subsidy must be submitted to Marketing Department within 3 months after the event
concerned or the calendar month concerned. Late submission will not be entertained.
19. Rockwills reserves the right to review the performance criteria of the subsidy from time to time.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. All individual Rockwills Franchisees who operate a Professional Will-writing Service Centre
(PSC) and a Rockwills Will-writing office are eligible to claim this subsidy.
2. Only those Franchisees with their own Wills submitted and kept with Rockwills, custody fee
paid up to date and subscribe to Professional Indemnity Insurance are entitled to qualify
for the subsidy.
3. In order for Franchisees to be eligible to claim any office subsidy, Franchisees must signed
and submit the Rockwills Office Subsidy Application Form to Rockwills Marketing
Department.
4. It is advisable for Franchisees to keep a copy of the Application Form for future reference.
5. Franchisees must ensure that Rockwills Will-writing service is the main business conducted
in the said office.
6. Franchisees must display Rockwills Marketing material in the office such as bunting, poster,
standee & etc.
7. Franchisees must ensure that there is a prominently Rockwills signboard display outside the
office.
8. Rockwills Management reserves the right to visit the said office.
9. Payment of office subsidy will be made to the registered owner of the office who signed
the Application Form.
10. Entitlement of office subsidy is purely based on sales performance accordingly.
11. All office subsidies must be claimed using the Subsidies Claim Form
