3Seven&8 Launches 2015 Collection

at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week (MBFW)
NYC Luxury bag line inspired by Art Nouveau fine art and Gaudi architecture launches
2015 Collection as the official handbag brand for the MONGOL F/W 2015 Runway Event.

New York, NY - Luxury bag line 3Seven&8 will launch its 2015 Collection at Mercedes Benz
Fashion Week (MBFW) today. The bags will be showcased alongside the MONGOL 2015 Collection,
inspired by traditional Mongolian costumes combined with urban casual and entrepreneurial
lifestyle. 3Seven&8s soft lines, fine Italian leather craft detail, and the Trapunto details found on
the handles and body of each bag in the collection will make for an accomplished pairing between
the two brands.
The 3Seven&8 brand is most inspired by Art Nouveau fine art and Gaudi Architecture. The intricate
twisted columns on the safety ledges of Gaudi House balconies inspired 3Seven&8s iconic Ossos
weaving details. The Mosaico quilting found on many 3Seven&8 products are also evocative of the
tiles that Gaudi used to decorate his sculptures.
Designer Christopher Belt depicts his 2015 collection as interchangeable, assisting the modern
womans passage through various locations, situations and occasions in an exquisite way. The
collection is inspired by all of the brilliant and driven women in Christophers life who have always
longed for a product that epitomizes both empowerment and glamour.

About The Designer, Christopher Belt

Christopher Belt is from rural Sheridan Arkansas grew up on Shoemaker Road &
knew early that he would become an accessory designer. It was amongst the
forest, the hills and winding streams, that he discovered the effeminate lines of
nature were superior to the harsh lines of man.
After graduating from Savannah College of Art & Design with a Bachelors of Fine
Arts in Accessory Design he is now the Designer & Creative Director of
3Seven&8.
