Fee policy:
1. Admission Fee: This is a one-time fee payable during seeking admission to
Edify School Electronic City Bangalore. Payment of Admission Fee ensures
provisional admission and a student is assured of a confirmed seat subject to
completion of formalities. This fee is strictly non-refundable.
2. Security Deposit: This is one time payment and the amount is refunded to
the student at the time of leaving the school after clearance of all dues.
a. The deposit is non-interest bearing and is refundable upon the student
leaving the school subject to all annual fees being paid, and less any
damages to property, etc.
b. Any unpaid dues of the student shall be recovered / adjusted from
his / her security deposit.
c. The Security deposit shall be issued as per terms of withdrawal within
30 days of the students leaving after adjusting unpaid dues, if any.
3. Annual and Tuition Fees: This fees is payable every year. This would be
utilized for academic and non-academic activities which include sports, arts,
library and laboratory (Science, Computer, and Math labs). Also the
educational field trips, Olympiad competitions, and any other activities
undertaken in the academic year.

4. All students are required to pay the annual and tuition fees as is prevalent
during the academic session. In case of Installment Option, Post Dated
Cheques must be submitted.
5. Transportation Fee: This is towards providing School Bus facility and
includes pick up and drop of students at designated locations along pre
designated routes. This service is not a door to door service and is strictly
optional. Parents have the option of making personal arrangement for
transport of their wards. This fee is likely to be reviewed during the course of
the
session
to
cater
to
variations
in
running
costs.
6. Fees do not include text books, uniform and stationary.
7. Sibling with lower fee will get 10% discount only on the tuition fees.
8. If the fees is not paid by the due date, a late fee of Rs. 100/day will be
charged.
9. Refund / Withdrawals: For students granted admission and fees paid, no
requests for refunds will be entertained. Fee paid are payable annually and
cannot be refunded if students leave mid-year, without an appropriate notice
period.
10. Parents who wish to withdraw their ward from the school should give at
least one term written notice.
11. An approximate yearly increase of 6%-8% in the fee structure can be
expected. The increase is applicable to the entire above mentioned fee
structure.
