An arrest has been made in the mommy daughter criminal duo case at Target
24-year old Nygeria Dixon was arrested Wednesday in New Brunswick after police were
able to use Target security cameras to catch the mother in the video stealing a wallet. The
video that was released to the public a week before showed a mother and her daughters
shopping at the local Target and were working together to rob another customers wallet.
The daughter was able to take it out of the cart and ran to her mother whom took the
wallet and left the store. The wallet that was stolen was a Louie Vuitton that was valued
at $1,500 and she also took $40 worth of cash. She then used some of the credit cards
from the wallet at nearby Quaker Bridge Mall. She has been since arrested and charged
with theft and child endangerment, which is a second-degree crime. South Brunswick
thanks all of the people who shared the photo of the women at large to help catch the
suspect.

Some New Jersey towns set up warming centers in preparation of the artic blast this
upcoming weekend.

Temperatures are expected to crash to record lows as we head into this upcoming
weekend. The National Weather Service has said that we will be expecting artic
conditions that we havent felt since the 1800s. On top of the record breaking cold, the
wind will be making conditions worse as the feel like temperatures will feel around -20
or worse below zero. Some local towns have set up warming centers in case power
should go out due to down power lines from broken tree limbs or trees coming down.
State officials advices everyone to check on your neighbors and there pets to make sure
everyone is safe and warm as we approach this record breaking artic blast.

In National News

Who is Craig Hicks? And why was these girls his target?
Craig Hicks is the murder suspect whom killed the three Muslim girls execution style in
Chapel Hill, North Carolina. CNN reports that on his Facebook page, Craig shows his
pro atheist beliefs as well as remarks towards the Muslim people. His wife said that he
was never a radical and the shooting would never be because of religious purposes.
She explains that he is pro for equal rights, and same sex marriage and does not
understand why he was provoked to do such a horrible and terrifying thing.
In the meantime many people are gathering to mourn the loss of these three girls.

Teen College student in Philadelphia is charged with Murder of his girlfriend and the
details are chilling.

Karlie Hall was found in her dorm room Sunday morning at Millersville University,
about an hour west of Philadelphia. Police were responding to a 911 call for a student
who was suffering from cardiac arrest. An autopsy report revealed that the woman was
abused with signs of strangulation and suffered from trauma. During the night of the
argument, the Resident Assistant went to the dorm room and knocked but no one
answered and the RA then proceeded to go to bed. Now the boyfriend is accused of this
womens death. No pending arrests and charges has been made.

U.S Little League champions are stripped of their 2014 title.

The Jackie Robinson west team branched out of Chicago last year made an incredible
journey and won the National Championship. The team and the entire nation were
impressed with how hard each player worked and how they played through difficult
situations. Earlier this week, the media learned that the coaches drafted players outside
the league regulations from nearby towns to create a super team. This was against
Little League rules and the committee later stripped their title leaving the players
heartbroken. The players feel that it should not be taken away from them as they worked
so hard to achieve this goal and due to the coachs actions, the players fell short.

In International News
ISIS plot to attack Belgium was spoiled by specialized troops tracking these potential
terrorists every move
Belgium officials found out that potential ISIS troops were returning to the area after
fighting in Syria. Through tapping into phone connections, and keep these individuals
under 24-hour surveillance, they were able to stop this attack before it happened. ISIS
has been making the news headlines each week with new dangerous and deadly things
they plan to do or show in videos being released. The United States has not been there
only target as they got themselves involved with Europe, Japan and many other big
populated countries.

Engines are getting ready to be fired at Daytona International Speedway, as the 2015
NASCAR Sprint Cup Series is getting ready to begin again. Jeff Gordon will be making
his final start for the Great American Race Next Sunday afternoon. As for this Saturday,
its an exhibition race amongst champions and pole winners in the 2015 Sprint Unlimited.
Jimmie Johnson looks to score back to back titles tomorrow night.

In Local Sports,
Lebron James is expected to attend the Metro Classic, a basketball game that showcases
the best young basketball talent across the nation. The game is being held at Kean
University in Union, New Jersey. According to a report NBA Champion will be in
attendance to watch these young talents. Lebron James is in town for the NBA All Star
Game in New York, this upcoming weekend.

In Entertainment
After Kanye West nearly made his classic appearance at the Grammys, upset about Beck
winning over Beyonc for Album of the year. A photo has been released on the Internet
which shows Kanye kissing himself. Many people suggest that this image expresses how
full of himself he is. Many people are upset with him after he rushed up to the
microphone to make a comment, as if he is a musical critic himself. Kanye has done this
in the past when Taylor Swift beat out Beyonc at the MTV Video Music Awards. Kanye
has demanded this photo be taken down but, its being trended and probably wont ever
be taken down.
