To Kill or Not to Kill

Capital punishment should be treated like Hammurabi's code, An eye for an eye, a tooth
for a tooth. Our citizens need to be protected so that their individual freedom cant be taken !1
away by criminals. Using jail doesnt work therefore the death penalty is the only moral action to
for people that comment a capital punishment. The death penalty should be in use for criminals
who commit a serious crime as the criminal can and will no longer be a threat to the citizens of
the United States of America.
We live in a country in which we like justice to be served, and that will happen to our
citizens with the use of capital punishment. Our justice system currently shows more sympathy
for criminals than it does victims. The murder should get the death penalty so that the victim gets
justice as the victim as has died. United States revolves around justice, and it isnt fair if the
criminal can go around and kill people but nothing happens to him except being put in jail for his
capital crime. It is not fair for criminals who slaughtered fifteen innocent to be put in the same
jail cell with a citizen who was driving with an unexpired driver's license. It is fair if and only if
the criminal gets a punishment equal to his crime, so the perpetrator should die. The court system
doesnt guarantee full justice to the United States citizens unless the death penalty is prevailing.
There is no point in trying to straighten out a crooked person so you might as well use the
death penalty. Prisoner parole or escapes can give criminals another chance to kill without the
death penalty. The whole point of capital punishment is to make sure that this horrendous crime
doesnt happen, again, but that goes all away if we let the criminal to do the same crime in jail.
We are trying to protect the other citizens in jail, too, but by letting the maniac into a penitentiary

he can keep killing and killing more people. There are many opposing views to this argument but
their wrong.
Citizens argue that if we dont show mercy, how are we different that the people that
cruel. People saw that using the death penalty on a murderer is wicked. Their wrong because we
care about the peoples life of the United States. If we kill one person using the death penalty,
then we have saved a plethora of other innocent citizens lives. The death penalty is to protect
our citizens life; hence; it isnt cruel but a matter of justice. Its more just to kill the criminal
than to let the criminal kill more innocent people. There are no second chances for capital
crimes.
For the better of the United States, the death penalty will save our citizens. The death
penalty like Hammurabis code will protect our citizens from others who want to injure them.
Capital punishment should be used on criminals in the United States.
