Main Purpose of the Job:

Main purpose is to accomplish the following:

Basic minimum requirement for the handling storage and transport of ice cream and bring
ultimate excellence in our operation.

Our Basic aim is to successfully maintain the high quality of ice cream right
from the factory till it reaches the end consumer.

Functional Responsibilities of the Job:

Primary Responsibilities:

Coordinate with National Sales HSE Coordinator to implement Sales Safety Policies in Cold

Chain Department. Measurement TRIR 0.3%.

6 MSAs in a year as per scheduled.
Induction of freezers, Plate freezers, Trikes & other assets as per plan.
Proper record keeping of Freezers, Plate Freezers, Trikes along with barcodes and area, and

other related assets.

Model SPD Project for RTOs - Two Model SPDs, RTOs will head this task with the support of

concerned ASM.
Execution of Preventative Maintenance Plans & agreement with 3rd Parties for Cabinets,

Scooping and Plate Freezers and Maintenance of Trikes with in defined limits.
Verification of monthly freezers / Trikes repairing claims of 3P and stock points.
Implementation and follow up preventive maintenance of freezers and Trikes in retail and at

stock points.
Follow up of SOP for operational side of all stock point, like electrical wiring and safety
practices.
