Dear Sir;

With reference to the above subject and our series of discussion at your office, we are
submitting herewith our proposal based on the scope of work listed below.
I.

SUPPLY OF PROCESS EQUIPMENT:

Auxin shall supply for its account process equipment, the engineering design of
which is proprietary to Auxin which shall fabricate, install and commissioned specific
process equipment including foundation and electrical works for the following items:
I.a. GOLD REFINERY AREA:
1. Construction of Gold Refinery Building (gold security entry and exit area, thermal
heater and heat exchanger area, loaded carbon stripping area, stripped carbon
regeneration area, electrowinning area (secured area), smelting area (secured area),
motor control center area) including its foundation, building columns, beams, checkered
plate flooring, steel doors for each floor.
2. Fabrication/Installation of 1unit 915mm dia. x 7.32 meter high elution tower ( dished
head top cover, and conical bottom with stainless steel mesh wire and 3mm thk.
perforated stainless steel backing, inlet and outlet nozzles;

Fabrication/Installation of 1unit loaded carbon holding tanks (rubber lined)
complete with nozzles and support;
4.
Fabrication/Installation of 2units 900mm wide x 1830mm single deck primary and
secondary vibrating screen complete with drive pulley and motor, screen, mounting
spring and eccentrics;
5.
Fabrication/Installation of 1 unit sieve screen;
6. Fabrication/Installation of 1 unit 900mm wide x 1830mm single deck vibrating screen
for stripped carbon complete of its accessories;
7. Fabrication/Installation of 1 unit stripped carbon hopper;
8. Fabrication/Installation of 1 unit stripped carbon vibrating feeder complete with its
accessories;
9. Fabrication/Installation of 1 unit 150 kg/hr., LPG fired carbon reactivation kiln
complete with exhaust fan, high temperature refractory, feed hopper and discharge chute,
temperature controller (PLC), recycling hot air duct and hood;
10. Fabrication/Installation of carbon discharge controlled vibrating screen;

11. Fabrication/Installation of 1 unit quench tank (dished head top cover and conical
bottom);
12. Fabrication/Installation of 1 unit thermal heater (equivalent to 100 boiler horsepower)
complete with its accessories and control;
13. Fabrication/Installation of 2 units 600mm x 600mm x 1.8 meter, 12 cathodes, 11
anodes with rectifier (2 4 volts, 500 ampere);
14. Fabrication/Installation of 1 unit LPG fire tilting type graphite furnace, complete with
high temperature refractory, mild steel casing (graphite to be supplied by Benguet);
15. Fabrication/Installation of furnace hood, exhaust fan and wet scrubber with exhaust fan;
16. Fabrication/Installation of 2 units Stainless steel tube & shell heat exchanger;
I.c. ELECTRICAL WORKS:
1. Supply of Motor Control Panels and installation of local push bottom for the above items
for Item I.a and Item I.b;
2. Supply of lighting wirings for the above Items I.a and I.b;

III. BILLING AND TERMS of PAYMENT:

Due to volatile material pricing, we would like to ask for a 30% down payment and balance
on monthly progress billing. A 10% retention to be rented and to be release upon startup/commissioning of the above project.
IV. COMPLETION:
Fabrication, installation, test-run of all process equipment operated singly and as a complete
system upon commissioning before turn-over shall entail a period of hundred fifty calendar
days (150) calendar days from receipt by Auxin of Notice to Proceed and receipts of down
payment.
V.

VALIDITY:
AUXIN offer is valid within August 30, 2012 after which is subject to our review and
confirmation.

VI. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1.1 Area for temporary facilities such as office and warehouse shall be provided by
Benguet Corp. free of charge to include utilities such as water and electricity at the
project site during construction of said facilities;
1.2 Auxin shall assist Benguet Corp. in the procurement of all government permit and
bear the cost of necessary government permits, and licenses pertinent to the
construction and operation of said facilities. Auxin shall signed and sealed plans in
compliance with government requirements;
1.3 Auxin personnel shall strictly abide with Benguet Corp. company rules and
regulations during construction and commissioning of the above project;
1.4 All structural steel frame
