Hi,

Teamsizeforimplementingprojectscannotbeagenericnumber.Theteamsizedependsupon
severalfactorslikethesizeoftheproject(whetheritisalocalprojectoraglobalproject),sizeofthe
organization,timeframetocompletetheproject,themixoftheConsultants(experiencedvsfresh,
levelofknowledgeofconsultants),modulesbeingimplementedandotherexternalfactorswhich
influencetheproject.

Mostoftheabovefactorsdoinfluencethesupportprojectsalso.Hence,wecannotconcludeona
teamsizeblindly.

Probably,foramediumsizeprojectwithsay2to3countriesimplemetationwithatimeframeof1year
mayneed2consultantspermodule.Againthisisonlyanassumptionandinareallifeprojectitcan
bedifferent.

Documention/UserManualPreperation/EndUserTraining.

functional&technicalareabove150nos,butforsmall&meduimprojecttheteamsizemayvary
between520teammembers.Itisverysubjective&dependancyistotallyonthetype&scopeofthe
project.

Teamsizewilldependuponthemodulesimplementedandsizeoftheproject.Itisbasedmostlyon
thenumberofissues.Usually15%ofthepeakimplementingsizeforsmallprojectsandaround10%
forlargeproject.Evenforlargeprojectsintialsupportneedslargeteamandbasedontheissuesone
needtorampdown.

toathreadwhichwasasked
