time and risks. As a result, the platform was the top choice and deployed YUM project and GOME (one of the largest privately
owned electrical appliance retailers in China and Hong Kong).
Led ADM project and program management capability team, proactively managed complex projects balancing cost, schedule, risks
and consistently exceeded customer expectations. The top project generated recurring revenue of $20M/annual and won top 3
position in APJ in EGM variance.
Developed a delivery team for MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) solution that created another 3 businesses in projects of

Designed the first DaaS (database as a service) solution in HP China ES. This solution is for the Government of Zhejiang Province.
The pilot environment was successfully deployed.
Successfully delivered 7 IT planning projects in China for medium to large accounts using a variety of HP methodologies including:
BITA, ITSA, Adaptive Enterprise and RightStep.
Worked with Enterprise Group team to successfully design and implement the overall infrastructure for GOME includes servers,
storages, networks and monitoring & backup software.
Led the following activities in each ITSP projects:
Discovering business goals and current problems through workshop
Applying financial model to analyze the TCO, ROI of proposed solutions
Using materials such as technical standards and infrastructure, cross-industry trends that impact IT investment, industryspecific roadmaps, and IT enablers to define the "To-Be" architecture
Developing strategic activities and roadmap
Designed and implemented the first RFID based asset management solution in China for one of major banks. This was an integrated
platform including asset monitoring and management, rack level temperature and PDU monitoring, UPS status monitoring and air
conditioner monitoring. This solution was well packaged and successfully used in one of major telecom companies.
