The Topics main purpose is to help them to organize their files easier for the
faculties of the blood donors. It also helps them prevent from having difficulties when
they insert data using handwritten paper works,
It is suitable for faculties, and student trainees who are well handled for the blood
donors. This system can help lessen their time to input their data in the inventory.
This system will be user-friendly due to the fact that it is easy to use, their just
like inputting the blood donors name, age, sex, department, and the type of blood of the
donor.
The program has an executable file for PC users and an android app for the
users to connect through their cellphone whenever they go. It will be cloud-database
format so that it can be updated wherever and whenever the program will be used.
This program has the capability to search blood donators, blood type, school ids,
etc. easily and automatically. It can also register new donators and it can be
configured on what the admin want to register. This users and admin can also see
their schedules through the use of a customized calendar intended for their
important events throughout the year. The admin or the faculty coordinator is
assigned for the input of their event in the calendar through his account on this
program. The admin and the coordinator is the only one allowed to change the
format of the program and the users can only use what the program has to offer.
The feature of the android app is to see the data that is stored in the cloud
database and can easily search it. The app can also see the events posted of the
coordinator on the said date with the use of the calendar. App users can create
events on what day they want to but they cant change the event the coordinator
posted. The app also has notification settings where the user will be notified if the
date of the event is today so that the app users can be alerted before they go to the
university.
The databases that will be used in these programs are cloud database and an
offline database for back-up. The executable file and android app will use a cloud
database while the executable file for the coordinator and the secretary will use both
offline database and cloud database.
