Chief Mechanical Engineers license for carrying out electronic repairs at Mumbai Port. We are also empanelled with 'The Shipping
Corporation of India Ltd' for marine controls and automation jobs.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SERVICE :

General working hours / timings will be from 0800 hrs to 1700 hrs from Monday to Saturday.

Except general working hours / timing attended all hours shall be attract / considered for OT allowances.

Our Computerised PCB repairing charges for alarm cards (2 chanels). @ 3750.00 each. For other type of PCB to be quoted
separately after inspection.

The validity of this tariff will be for the period of one years.

All taxes applicable as per Govt. regulation act.

CRITERIA FOR UNDERTAKING A SERVICE : -

All service assignments shall be undertaken only after receipt of a service Order, in writing from the customer mutually agreed to
terms.

The acceptance of a service Order by ACSPL shall be communicated to the customer, as an Order confirmation. Acceptance of
such Order would be termed as, (A legally enforced Contract).

PRICES AND CHARGES : -

Customer shall pay the prices specified in the Contract Incase, not specified, ACSPL will follow the Charges for all items
(component, parts, equipment, materials) required to carry out the service job as per the (Quotation).

For those items which are not mentioned in the contract nor Requested by Customer, but made necessary because of incomplete
or inaccurate information from customer will be excise by ACSPL

The service charges as per the contract, or in the absence of a contract at ACSPL hourly/daily rates (base to base)

Transportation and taxes are extra.

TERMS OF PAYMENT :

Mutually agreed terms of payment shall be stipulated in contract (quotation) or service Order as: -

Full payment in advanced prior to commencement of work/supply of materials.

Payment shall be made within a specified number of days from the date of shipment or service delivery .Overdue payments shall

carry interest @ 2% per month or part there of Customer shall pay ACSPL collection on litigation expenses, including the attorney
fees if applicable.

Progressive payments determined reasonably by ACSPL and confirmed by the customer.

TERMS OF SERVICE :

Attendance for a service shall be undertaken subject to availability of competent service engineer(s) and as per FOLLOWING
TERMS

Service charges for ACSPL are calculated on period of serving time from ( base- to base ) basis.

Customer shall provide necessary facilitatory services including launch, immigration, customs and port clearance etc.

All service Order attended to, irrespective of work completion due to circumstances beyond reasonable control of ACSPL, shall be

payable as per ACSPL prevailing service rates for labor, for spares and all expenses.
Any delay occurring during the service delivery process on account of customer /agent or beyond ACSPL direct control shall result

in extension of service time and shall be payable as per prevailing ACSPL service rates.
Unless otherwise notified by the customer , ACSPL reserves the right to determine the number of persons necessary to perform
service work
Unless otherwise notified by the customer, ACSPL will exercise its best judgement in performing labour at overtime rates.

TERMINATION : -

IF Customer terminates any part of the service Order, unless due to ACSPLs default ACSPL shall be entitled to recover all costs

(direct and indirect, including reasonable general and administration expense).

As determine by ACSPLs standard accounting practices, incurred in performing and preparing to further perform, the service
delivery as on the termination date. Customer shall pay ACSPL collection or litigation expenses, including the attorney fees.
