broken or chipped simulated stones, black onyx and mother of pearl.
FREE exchange if your graduation year or degree changes.

Lifetime Limited Warranty

The following services will be performed for the original owner of a Jostens ring.
Your college/university ring may be resized at any time free of charge if in resizable condition.
Jostens will restore the original finish on your ring free of charge.
Any defect in materials or workmanship in either the simulated stone or ring that is present at the time of original delivery will be repaired or, at Jostens option, replaced
with the current school design without charge (diamonds and precious stones are not covered).
Should your curriculum or date of graduation change, Jostens will replace your ring with your year of graduation and degree and current school design for the same school
and comparable value at no charge.
If through normal wear, your ring becomes worn beyond your satisfaction, it may be exchanged for a ring of current design and comparable value at Jostens current remake charge. Call 1-800-563-7603 for a quote.
Your Jostens college/university ring Lifetime Limited Warranty is void if any work is performed on the ring by anyone other than Jostens.
Rings needing repairs should be returned to your Jostens Sales Representative or send to: Jostens Warranty Service Centre, P.O. Box #8, Station L, Winnipeg, MB R3H 0Z4

Ring Protection Plan

We ask that you take all reasonable precautions to avoid the loss or theft of your Jostens College/University ring. But if loss or theft occurs, please notify Jostens Warranty
Service Centre in writing with payment within 60 days of such loss or theft by sending your name, address, school and location, date of loss and home phone number to the following address: Jostens Warranty Service Centre - Ring Loss Claim, P.O. Box #8, Station L, Winnipeg, MB R3H 0Z4
Jostens Ring Protection Plan is in effect for four years from the date of purchase of your ring. A replacement charge (plus shipping and handling) will apply and will vary based
on the fluctuations in the price of metal. If for any reason Jostens is unable to duplicate your ring, we will manufacture a compatible design. The plan does not include the replacement of diamonds or precious stones. This applies to the original ring, for the original owner, and has a one-time use policy.

Extended Ring Protection Plan

You have the option to purchase the Extended Ring Protection Plan within one year of your original ring purchase date. This extended plan will provide an additional six years
of ring protection from the ship date of your original order for a total of ten years. Claim guidelines are the same as noted in the Ring Loss Protection Plan above. Please see
your Jostens representative for full details.
