controller in one compact unit with an easy-to-use operator interface.

This built-in variable frequency inverter and microprocessor controls
the logic of operation of a multi-pump system in order to regulate
pressure, flow, level, or temperature.
The Aqua-Flo 4 is the brain of the control system, monitoring the
speed of the lead pump and controlling starting and stopping of
three lag pumps.

PID Loop Multi-pump controller

The included PID sophisticated regulator controls the speed of the
variable speed drive lead pump and provides start and stop signals
to a total of three auxiliary lag pumps.

4-line operator interface

The display of the AF4 is a 4-line operator interface designed with an
intuitive scroll-down menu interface and is available in 4 languages.
Password protection is available for security and to protect important
operating data.

Lead pump monitoring

The Aqua-Flo 4 displays the most important parameters of the lead
pump; speed, amperage, voltage, temperature and many others as
well as providing a quick access to drive parameters such as minimum
and maximum speed limits and acceleration/decelaration factors.

Total Flow display

The Aqua-Flo 4 monitoring interface provides automatic regulation
for pressure, level, or temperature, and always accept a second
analog 4-20mA signal to monitor the pumping system total flow
capacity.
This feature is built-into the unit, and is available when a flow signal
transducer is connected to the second analog input of the drive.
