JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT
OF
WITNESS HUNTS MAN
I, Hunts Man, of legal age, Filipino, and living at No. 5
Macho Papa Street, Sitio Fairyland, Baguio City, witness in
this case, state under oath as follows:
PRELIMINARY STATEMENT
The persons examining me are Atty. Patrizia Feliciano
and Atty. Regine Estillore, under the direct control and
supervision of Public Prosecutor Atty. Mark Bryan Magno,
with address at OMFG Law, 5th Floor, OMFG Building,
Sparkles Avenue, Baguio City. The examination is being held

at the same address. I am answering their questions fully

conscious that I do so under oath and may face criminal
liability of false testimony and perjury.
This affidavit/testimony of witness Hunts Man is being
offered to prove that the defendant Queen Ashe Grey had
previously ordered the Hunts Man to kill the petitioner,
Snow White. Witness Hunts Man will also prove that he
had positively identified the defendant Queen Ashe Grey
who was, then dressed as an old lady, present at the place
where the crime took place.
1. Please state your name and other personal
circumstances for the record.
A: Hunts Man, Thirty-five years of age, single, resident
of No. 5 Macho Papa Street, Sitio Fairyland, Baguio City.
2. Are you the same Hunts Man, the witness in the
criminal case filed by Snow White?
A: Yes.
3. Do you know the defendant Queen Ashe Grey?
A: Yes.
4. How do you know the defendant?
A: I work for her and the late king as a huntsman.
5. How long have you been working for them?
A: All in all, 17 years.
6. What do you mean by all in all?
A: 17 years for the Queen Ashe Grey, 8 years for the
late king.
7. When did you start working for the Queen Ashe grey?
A: 1994.
8. As for the King, when did you start working for him?

A: In 2006, when the Queen married the queen.

9. Can you clarify that, before working for the King, you
spent nine (9) years, working for the Queen, is that
correct?
A: Yes.

As a huntsman, what is it that you do for the
Queen Ashe Grey?
A: I am tasked to hunt for wild animals for the family,
either for their food or as ornaments at their home.

You said that in 2006, you began working for the
King as well, did you have the same job?
A: Yes.

Did the King give you orders?
A: No, only the Queen.
13.
Were you obliged to report to the King?
A: No, only to the Queen.

Can you say that you are directly accountable to
the Queen but not to the King?

Do you know the petitioner Snow White?
A: Yes.
16.
How do you know the petitioner Snow White?
A: She is the daughter of the late King and the step
daughter of the defendant Queen Ashe Grey.

What were you doing during the morning of
October 9, 2013?
A: I was at our living quarters, reading the newspaper.

Was there anything peculiar that happened on
that day?

A: I was summoned by the Queen Ashe Grey to her

office.

We have established earlier that the Queen
directly gave you orders, so what made that instance
peculiar?
A: She told me to go on a secret hunt that morning.

What do you mean by secret hunt?
A: She told me that I should secretly take Snow White
to the woods and bring to her Snow Whites heart and
lungs.

What did you do after she gave you such order?
A: I left her office and headed towards the garden
where I last saw Snow White.

Can you narrate to us what happened when you
reached the garden?
A: I saw Snow White alone. I grabbed her arm and
brought her to the woods. When we were at the deeper
part of the woods, I stopped, took out my hunting knife,
and raised it, aiming at her heart. She was begging for
her life.

When she was begging for her life, what is it that
she told you?
A: She told me, Please let me live kind sir! Please!

What happened next?
A: Still holding her arm with my one hand, and my
knife on the other, I told her that its the Queens order.
But she again begged for her life.

What did she say?
A: She said, Please let me live! I will run into the wild
woods and never came back.

What happened next?
A: I let go of her hand. I told her to run.

When she ran away, what did you do?
A: I decided to look for a wild boar, reap its heart and
lungs and give it to the Queen Ashe Grey.

Were you able to do what you planned?
A: Yes.

And then what happened?
A: I went back to the castle with the heart and lungs. I
gave them to the Queen.

When you gave the boars organs, did she say
anything?
A: No, she just smiled and left.

After that incident, what did you do?
A: I went back to our living quarters, and packed my
belongings.

Why did you pack your belongings?
A: I could not face the Queen because of my guilt and
fear.

What happened after you packed your belongings?
A: I left the castle grounds and walked towards the
forest.

And then what happened?
A: I saw an old abandoned house, I decided that I could
live in it.

Is that the same house where you live until today?
A: Yes.

Can you tell us where were you on October 8,
2014?
A: I stayed home the entire morning but I went into the
woods during the late afternoon.

When you were in the woods, was there anything
unusual that happened?
A:Yes, I saw Queen Ashe Grey.

Who was she with?
A: She was alone.
39.
Did you approach her?
A: No, I kept my distance.

What happened next?
A: I got curious so I decided to secretly follow her.

When you began to follow her, what happened
next?
A: After walking further into the woods, she stopped by
a huge tree, and she took out some things from her
bag.

What are these things?
A: A small basket, a couple of apples, a cloak, old
looking clothes, makeup brushes and some makeup.

What did she do with these things?
A: She fixed herself. And then she took the basket and
apples with her.

Mr. Hunts Man, what do you mean by she fixed
herself?
A: She put on makeup, and she changed her clothes.

So you are saying she decided to retouch her
makeup in the middle of the woods?

A: No maam, she put on makeup and changed her

clothes but this time she looked like an old lady.

Mr. Hunts Man, you said that she took the
basket and apples with her, where did she take them
to?
A: Maam, she took them to Snow White.

How did you know that she brought the apples to
Snow White?
A: Because I continued to follow her. When she stopped
at this certain house and knocked on the door, the
person who let her in was Snow White.

What happened after Snow White let her in?
A: I dont know maam, but she left five minutes later.

After she left Snow Whites place, what did you
do next?
A: I waited for a few more minutes until she was out of
my sight and then I went home.
