Role & Responsibilities
Works with Product Development teams to build primarily next generation US healt
hcare software products and provide industry expertise/guidance.
Provide US healthcare industry expertise during the Product / Software Developme
nt Lifecycle all phases, customizations, extensions, and teams.
Work with Healthcare Business Unit teams or directly with end-users in aligning,
defining, prioritizing and managing business requirements.
Define software requirements, detailed written requirements / use cases / artifa
cts and specifications for the information technology team.
Define healthcare related compliance requirements and manage implementation.
Ensure products developed meet defined requirements oversee, review, thoroughly
analyze, interpret, validate, verify, document and support.
Key stakeholder in requirements, implementation, change and risk/issues manageme
nt.
Provide industry and product support / trainings / documentation to Clients, Sal
es, Marketing, Professional Services and Training teams.
Participate/drive 3rd party discussions as healthcare expert on demand.
Play a key role in Agile / Product development processes and in developing busin
ess solutions.
Drive business process / operations optimization, changes, training and user ado
ption.
Work on multiple applications or initiatives or products at a given time.
Drive discussions within and across business, information technology, dependency
, client teams as subject matter expert in US healthcare domain.
