Shall general obligation public improvement bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed one hundred eighty-seven
million, nine hundred forty-five thousand dollars be issued by the city of Atlanta for the acquisition, construction, renovation,
and maintenance of public streets, infrastructure, curbing, and storm water drainage?
