came home, together with his husband Lee. At the airport, Ang Lee ask the immigration officer for a
Balikbayan visa which allows him to stay in the Philippines for one year. The officer refused, stating
that the Balikbayan visa is available only to former Filipino citizens. Is the immigration correct?
