Corruption is seen as an extraordinary crime which therefore requires tremendous efforts to eradicate it anyway. Efforts
to combat corruption - which consists of two major parts, namely enforcement and prevention - will never succeed
optimal if only done by government alone without involving community participation.
Nowdays, government has prepared so many way to prevent it that is starting from little things but it has the big impact.
One of the way is by giving anticorruptin education in school and university. Therefore it is not an exaggeration to
students - as one important part of the community who is heir to the future - are expected to be actively involved in
efforts to eradicate corruption in Indonesia.
Student involvement in anti-corruption efforts are certainly not on enforcement efforts under the authority of law
enforcement agencies. Active role of students is expected to be more focused on anti-corruption to help build a culture of
anti-corruption in society. Students are expected to act as agents of change and driving forces of the anti-corruption
movement in society. To be able to play an active role, students need to be equipped with enough knowledge about the
ins and outs of corruption and its eradication. What is important, to be able to play an active role students should be
able to understand and implement anti-corruption values in everyday life.
In the other side, parents also have responsiblities to give the anticorruption to ti their children. Not only in family, but
also other sector like companies have to give the anticorruption value to their employeer.
What do you think about corruption? Have you ever encountered it?
Corruption is a "plague" that will lead to destruction. Not only for other people, organizations or countries but also for
yourself. We can see around us. An official corruption is not only an impact on themselves but also on their families.
Husband or wife and their children would get depressed or mentally damaged as a result of the news and chatter of
others. Actually corruption not only embezzled money or other materials, but not disciplined with time is a form of
corruption. Examples A civil servant who came late but still receive full salary without penalty.
Religious perspective view that corruption occurs as a result of lack of religious values within the individual, and
therefore efforts should be done is to strengthen the internalization of religious values within the individual and the
community to prevent acts of petty corruption (petty corruption), let alone the massive corruption (grand corruption). This
perspective gave birth to, among others, corruption and religious subjects in a number of the Faculty of Philosophy and
Religion.
I have encountered before. A student who does cheating during exams and get good grades, but it is not according to his
ability. We can imagine, what if the student as it leads an organization or a country even in his work. Corruption is a
hidden crime to watch. All parties are responsible for the problem is to remove corruption in public life.

Name three reasons why you think you should be selected to participate in the International Youth Camp:
