The website automatically quotes the full Philippine travel tax for adults, a reduced amount for children
and nil amount for infants. However, passengers could be exempted from paying the Philippine Travel
Tax or could be entitled to a reduction. Read more about the Philippine Travel Tax.

Passengers travelling with children (ages 2-11 years) and infants (0-23 months) are also advised to
read the information about the Philippine Travel tax to know more about the documents that have to be
submitted to the Air France KLM ticket office.
KLM Service Centre In some cases, it may only be possible to make changes for a fee.
Please make sure that you arrive at the airport on time. We suggest that you always check in online if
possible. This is an easy way to avoid queues at the airport.
For bookings made 48 hours to 1 hour before a weekend departure or a departure falling on
a Philippine public holiday please contact our Airport Office to obtain your e-ticket and make your
payment if required. If you have no intention of using your confirmed seat on an international flight
departing from the Philippines, please cancel your reservation on or before 1200 noon of the last
working day prior to your scheduled day of departure.
Failure to cancel your reservation will mean payment of a local Non-User fee (NUF) which is
applicable to tickets issued and/or revalidated in the Philippines. The Non-User Fee for passengers who
are booked on the Manila-Amsterdam flight on KLM is USD 50.00.Please note all KLM flights now
depart from Terminal 3.
