I need all to understand that there is something called Islamic law.

In October 2014, the Levant

and the Islamic state of Iran declared a 5-point justification of its right to take non-Muslim
hostage, decapitate, and enslave them. According to this law, kidnapping and beheading is
justified by Islam. This law is not only binding the state of Iran, but to all jihadists Muslim all
over the world. Subjective evidence has been provided by many Islamic scholars against the
religious justification of terrorism against certain non-Muslim. I said certain non-Muslims
because in Islam, according to Muhammad Ibn al Uthaymeen who claim that killing a nonMuslim who is living in an Islamic state or with whom Muslims have a peace treaty. As for a
non-Muslim living under Muslim rule and a Muahid (a Non-Muslim ally with whom Muslims
have a treaty, trust, peace, or agreement), the prophet said: Whoever kills a Muhid will not
even smell the fragrance of paradise and its fragrance can be smelled from the distance of forty
years away. He further said that Certainly, one of the most difficult situations for which there is
no turning back for whomever casts himself into it - shedding sacred blood without right. He
also added that this does not address the killing of non-Muslims who lives outside the Islamic
world and who have no treaty or ally whatsoever with Muslims.
I believe we all know or have at least an insight about what Sharia law means and we
sure know its target and who adopts it. To start with, Sharia law came into existence in the
European states after the World War II and has been effective in nations like Pakistan, United
Kingdom, Turkey, Germany, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia and France. We have what we call Sharia
court, we have what we call Islamic laws, and we have the Muslims to abide by it, to uphold it.
Do we now say when a law is put into place, it has no effect? Do we blame them for acting
according to their law? With approximately 13 million Muslims residing in France, the banlieus,
the densely-populated, predominantly Muslim circles that encircle most major French cities is no

longer controlled by the government. As of today, almost all meat sold in Paris have been
sacrificed to Allah the moon god (Hatal). Now do we say Islamic law shouldnt be operating in
France or that when the Muslims uphold it by killing or passing judgment, kidnapping among
others, say they are evil? NO
In the case of Charlie Hebdo, the France Government as at when it happened passed no
law over the Muslims or rejected their bills even when they took the satirical weekly newspaper
to court. Although, the court didnt find them faulty but it was wrong for them to cross another
party entirely. Its always said that give unto Cesar whats for Cesar. Islamic law is a legal law;
believe it or not, its effective in many Islamic states and applies to all extremist Muslims. The
earlier we all get that fact, the better for us.
