PROFILE

Foremost Maritime Pte Ltd (Foremost), a company registered in Singapore, was established in 1995, and
is a fully owned subsidiary of Samudera Shipping Line Ltd (SSL), a publicly listed company with the Stock
Exchange of Singapore. SSL is majority owned by PT. Samudera Indonesia Tbk.

PT. Samudera Shipping Services (SSS), a company registered in Indonesia, was established in 2000, and
is a subsidiary of Foremost. In early 2003, business of PT. Tankindo Perdana and PT. Cumawis, both subsidiaries
of PT. Samudera Indonesia Tbk., was integrated into SSS.

Foremost and SSS provide industrial shipping for liquid, gas and dry bulk cargoes as well as marine off-shore
support services. Please see the fleet list. In addition, SSS provides tramp shipping agency services in Indonesia
to international and local ship operators of liquid, gas & dry bulk cargoes as well as in marine offshore

We provide two services:

Regional Industrial Shipping, and
Tramp Shipping Agency in Indonesia

REGIONAL INDUSTRIAL SHIPPING

At Foremost and SSS, we provide regional industrial shipping ser vices for :
liquid & gas and
dry bulk cargoes.

We position ourselves as a reliable logistics partner for our customers who manufacture
and/or distribute such cargoes. In order to provide a reliable and stable sea transportation
solution for our customers, we invest in modern and young tonnage of size optimum for our
customers needs. The vessels are then deployed primarily on dedicated basis against medium
to long-term contracts, either on Time Charter basis or on the basis of Contract of Affreightment.

LIQUID

& GAS SHIPPING

We serve the petrochemical and petroleum markets. We emphasize on safety as a key feature
of our service quality. Our vessels are managed to the industry standards and are approved by
oil majors for cargo operation at their terminals.
In the petrochemical sector our vessels are engaged in short-sea distribution. Typically, through
our services, the output of one petrochemical plant is shipped to another plant nearby for further
processing. We are focused to ensure that vessel availability matches the cargo readiness. We take
pride in the reliability of our services.

Our zinc coated IMO III chemical tankers are deployed

for distribution of methanol throughout the South East
Asian region. Our stainless steel tankers are engaged

for distribution of caustic soda and various other

chemicals such as fatty acid, benzene, toluene etc. in
Asia.
Our double-hulled product tankers are deployed for
distribution of fuel oil such as Gasoline, Kerosene,
HSD, Avtur etc. The tankers are operating mainly
from refineries to industrial and consumer centers
within the South East Asian region.

BULK SHIPPING

We serve the cement industry through our specialized cement carrier, which is fully equipped
with pneumatic loading and discharging capabilities. Its efficient and environment-friendly cargo
handling capabilities allow the customers, i.e. the cement manufacturers, to deploy the vessel
for distribution to areas where port facilities are not well developed as well as where authorities
have stricter environment-compliance requirements.
We also serve the coal industry. Our shallow-draft, self-propelled barges are optimally designed
to tranship coal from the mine site to export terminals in a cost efficient manner.

OFFSHORE SUPPORT SERVICES

We serve the offshore oil industry with vital support vessels that are versatile and equipped
to serve in diversified and often challenging offshore environments.
Over the past 25 years, we have built up considerable expertise in the marine offshore support
services and an in-depth knowledge of operational requirements. The technical expertise of
our management team, help customers to operate in a safe and cost efficient manner.
Our multi-functional support vessel is equipped to play various roles such as an anti-oil pollution
unit, as a diving support vessel, as a fire-fighting unit, as an anchor-handling unit etc. Our wellservice boat provides the necessary support for maintenance of wells.
The Company is keen to participate in developing and operating suitable terminals, floating or
onshore, for liquid, gas and dry bulk cargoes.

SHIPPING AGENCY

Being a member of Indonesian National Ship Owner Association (INSA), SSS is licensed to act as a General Agent
for foreign vessels calling Indonesian Waters and Ports.
We, at SSS, provide tramp shipping agency services in Indonesia to international and local ship operators of liquid,
gas & dry bulk cargoes as well as in marine offshore support sector. Our services include customs clearance, cargo
handling, crew handling, ship husbandry as per the needs of our principals.
We are an ISO 9001 quality accredited company. Our attentive and dedicated personnel work in a proactive manner
in order to ensure a minimum port stay of vessels. We emphasize on clear and timely communication with our valued
principals, which is a key feature of quality of our service.
Samudera Indonesia Group provides and aids transportation across the Indonesian archipelago through its extensive
branch network. Being part of it, we at SSS leverage on the Group's strength. This enables us to offer our quality tramp
shipping agency services throughout Indonesia. We thus act as a "one-stop" service provider to principals whose vessels
