characterized from others of security companies of In terms of its executive


management and experience in censorship acts, and administrative and security
inspection, and the long experience in dealing with a foreign personals of various
citizens and the capability on finding and suggesting improved work mechanisms
to implement its work and duties with direct field supervision for security
locations which will be presented to you according to the following:Firstly: providing security members and guarding:
This is considered as the first main element which is the company based on to
implement its duties and obligations toward the second party to the fullest. In the
following we present to you the arrangements and steps suggested and authorized
by the company management when providing its security services. By order we
would like to explain the following:Vacancy advertising:
The executive Management and based on a recommendation from the company
management to announce vacancies for security and safety members in general
and without referring the work location (Embassy or Company) and the nature of
work and the work location will be revealed after the final pick for the security
members and after authorize it from the second party on the nominated security
staff.
In the following is the primary conditions used to announce for the open vacancies
and a description for suggesting this type of conditions:1) Applicant must be of Libyan citizen
Where the executive Management believes that the security members must be
of Libyan citizens for the purpose of ease the background check on the
applicant by the related authorities, and prosecute him.
2) Applicants must be in the age range of 34 45 years old, since the adult
have sense of responsibility which is one of the main required elements to
execute.
3) Applicant shall not be convicted of any felony or Involving in moral
turpitude

4) Must be fluent in English or French, and have previous experience with


interacting with foreign either in Companies, Factories, or international
organizations etc.
5) Must be medical fit
In the annunciations it will be required to announce the importance of receiving
the personal resume of each applicant in either English or French to the companies

Second Level:
The executive management will study all the submitted applications and will
choose nominates through written exam which will be prepared in English or
French.
Third Level:
After choosing the qualified personals they will be interviewed verbally in English
or French language according to the applicant request. Then two important matters

social status, the management target is to avoid the presence of any family
problems or any imbalanced issues in his personal life which may affect the work
flow or frequent absences and other reasons which may affect the company
performance and obligations toward the second party.
Work mechanism:
The executive Management suggested and studied a mechanism to develop a
security style which helps in completing the company obligations toward the
customer in complete. By considering check points after the introduction to the
nature of work and the location of these points.
1) The main entrance to the embassy is considered as the most important
check point which reflects the company commitment level in meeting their
commitments and obligations toward the second party, for that reason the
company suggest to assign two of the best nominated security members
with consideration to the body built and style. Etc.. And other
considerations which the management look into using the right person in
the right place, gradually according to the sensitivity of other check points.

2) Continues change among security staff:


The executive management and before assigning its staff on the check
points, it divide the points to separate groups and then continue to change
the security members between check points in the frame of each group
alone.

4) The company will prepare a monthly questionnaire and will provide it on a
monthly basis to the French security members including their opinions and

consideration and recommendations and the outstanding employee to
disbursement the allowance to the above mentioned.
5) The company will prepare regular internal and external reports to be
referred to the other party including the recommendations and work flow.
6) The company will follow a strict punishment system toward its employees
if they didnt execute their duties and tasks after an extended investigation
and referring the results to the company management to take the necessary
actions toward the subject.
Secondly: providing of tools and machineries:
The company will provide security and safety services in general to
Embassies buildings, banks, general and foreign companies,
construction locations and storages, and it reserves the rights to import
all type of machineries and equipments and transportations of all types
and sizes according to the customer request and to accomplish its
purposes and execute its complete activities in full manners.
Terms of reference of the Executive Management:
1. Field and direct supervision for the contracted projects with the company
2. Providing all tools and requirements and important tools to exercise its
activity

3. Evaluate its employees and prepare plans and security programs and train it
to develop and improve their efficiency.
4. Complete all administrative paperwork and administrative & legal responds
and preparation of administrative and technical reports and refer it to the
company management.
5. Participating in preparing the minutes of meetings of the company
management and execute it.
6. Preparing the annual inventory and company assets and liquidations.
7. Suggesting and prepare the administrative and legal regulations and refer it
to the company board to discuss it according to the valid legalizations.
