business and information systems having delivered 20+ projects across a variety of technologies,
applications and infrastructure, within government and business using PMBOK, Prince 2 and Agile
approaches with values of $500,000 to $7m as both a vendor and internal project manager.
Managed projects through the full SDLC as well as picking up projects at critical stages of delivery to

developed a detailed field trial plan and acceptance criteria, managed day to day field trial activities
and liaised with the PTV and Yarra Trams to achieve formal acceptance.
Managed the software upgrade of 5000 devices across Yarra Tram's fleet, negotiated the upgrade
process, priorities, schedule and remediation ensuring on time achievement of milestones for tram.
Developed SOWs to engage Yarra Trams in the delivery of a major stream of work to be delivered
within a limited time frame.

Delivered a $1.5m cloud based video conferencing system, including network, infrastructure and end
points across 35 sites nationally including 3 boardrooms for the ACCC.
Provided the key project liaison for client on implementation of video conferencing solutions,
