Securities traded in the stock exchange can
be classified as under:
1.) Listed Cleared Securities securities
admitted for dealing in stock exchange after
complying with all the listing requirements
and played by the Board of the List of
Cleared Securities are called by this name.
2.) Permitted Securities securities listed
on some of the recognized stock exchange
when permitted by those stock exchange
where they are not listed are called
permitted securities.
- permitted is given if suitable
provisions exist in the regulations of the
concerned stock exchange.
Types Of Delivery
Spot Delivery delivery and payment are
tobe made on the same day or next day.
Hand Delivery delivery and payment are
to be made on the delivery date fixed by the
stock exchange authorities.
Special Delivery delivery is to be made
after the deliveryperiod fixed by the stick
exchange authorities.
