Preparation of daily plant reports, efficiency reports.
Correspondence with service departments, and co-ordination with maintenance departments

Scheduling and planning predictive, preventive and breakdown maintenance of
42TPH AFBC BOILER( 45kg/cm2,4100C)( MAKE-THERMAX INDIA),
5.5 MW CONDENSATE CUM EXTRACTION TURBINE(MAKE-TRIVENI),
135TPH COAL HANDLING PLANT(MAKE-FENNER INDIA LIMITED),
ASH HANDLING SYSTEM (MAKE- MACAWBER BEEKAY LIMITED)
4 Brine Chillers, 3 are of 225 TR (YORK) and one of 100 TR (FRICK).
VAM type Water Chilling system with LiBr solution (340 TR each)
Two stage Air compressors (KIRLOSKAR).
2 Cooling Towers one of capacity 2622 TR and other one of 1818 TR.
Maintenance of Continuous Chemical Process WATER TREATMENT PLANT (145m3/hr)..
Ensure that consumption of resources like fuel, raw water, soft water, DM water etc are
optimum.
Attending all mechanical breakdown/shutdown and troubleshooting during normal and
emergency condition.
Condition Monitoring of equipments to ensure operational effectiveness of plant & utilities;
planning & effectuating maintenance schedules for equipments
Proactively identifying areas of obstruction / breakdowns and taking corrective steps to rectify
the equipments through application of troubleshooting tools.
Implementing additional safety or operational circuits to ensure compliance of safe and sound
technical practices for the smooth functioning of the plant
Initiating the noting of daily material consumption data from stores for ensuring minimum
annual maintenance cost.
Preparing daily reports like load report, daily power cost, maintenance work report and monthly
Efficiency reports for utility department.
Handling work distribution of technical workers.

2. Worked as Utility Engineer(Operation & Maintenance) from Feb 2011 - March 2012 with
Arcoy Biorefinery Pvt. Ltd., Panoli, Ankleshwar.
