Park, 1825 Short Street. Located one mile south of
I-88, 2 miles west of I-355. Just west of the intersection
of Route 53 & Short Street (South of Ogden Avenue).
FREE parking is available at Lisle Community Park.

Waiver: In consideration of acceptance of this entry, I hereby for myself,

my heirs, executors and administration, waive, release and discharge
any and all rights and claims for damages which I may have or hereafter
accrue, against The Lisle Area Chamber of Commerce, The Lisle Park
District, Lisle District 202, Chicago Area Runners Association, their
officers, directors, employees, agents, sponsors and volunteers for any
and all damages and injuries sustained and suffered by me, directly or
indirectly from my entry and participation in the Lisle Area Chamber 5K
Run/Walk, 10K Run, Youth Run, Tot Run. I attest and verify that I have full
knowledge of risks involved, and that I am physically fit and sufficiently
trained to participate in this running event. I hereby grant my consent to
any of the above named parties and their authorized agents to use my
name and any photographs, video tapes or recordings of my
participation in this event for any lawful purposes without compensation
to me or my behalf. Entry will not be accepted without signature.
