• Worked as a CCR operator IN DECCAN CEMENTS LTD, Janpahad, NALGONDA
(DIST),
Andhra Pradesh from 10/05/2002 TO 29/03/2008.

NATURE OF WORKS:
• Operating Ball mills, VRM (vertical raw mill), kiln & operating of dry Process.
Pre-calcinary kiln in an optimum and efficiency from C.C.R With computerized
process control.
• For steady operation of kilns , production of good quality clinker with
optimum fuel and
Energy efficiency.And effective clinker cooling.
• Feed rates, fuel rates ,burning zone and flame condition , secondary air
temperature,
Pre-heater temperatures and drafts , kiln inlet CO & O2 percentage ,clinker
bed thicness
In cooler,clinker liter weights & hood drafts are controlling.
• Evaluation of Cooler Air & Heat Balancing followed by Cooler Efficiency.
• Heat and Air Balancing in Pyro-Process followed by specific electrical and
thermal energy consumption.
• Complete plant control of all equipment are monitor from C.C.R with the Help
of system
maintaining by co-ordination with all departments.
• Taking spot decission for the safety of equipment for minor process faults
engage in
people rectify.
• For maintenance to inform the concerned sections for rectification.
• To maintain quality control parameters . trouble shooting in kiln.
• To carry out other duties are instructed by Production Manager and Superior
officers.
Mill section :-
• Having Through knowledge in setting the operational parameters.
• Ability to maintain given Norms.
• Optimization of Ball Mills grinding followed by suitable grinding media pattern
to get required
Particle size Distribution with economical power consumption.

Brief about AUCC cement plant, LIBYA:

AUCC cement plant is a 5000 T Clinker/day plant supplied by FLSmidth.

• The kiln with a diameter of 4.75 meters and a length of 77 meters based on
three supports.
• The pre-heater is a single string 5 stage pre-heater with the FLS-LP cyclones
with feed split option.
• The calciner is an ILC (in-line calciner) with a NO% reduction zone.
• The grate cooler is of the modern SF-cooler cross bar type.

SF Cross bar cooler:

• Cross bar, separate conveying clinker device.
• All grate plates are stationary.
• Low energy grate plates with mechanical floe regulators.
• Modular concept.
At present we are producing 5200t clinker/day without any problems.

• Operating Kiln.
• Dealing with and solving production disturbances.
• Co-ordinating with Quality control and maintenance departments.
 • Initiate Production and Process optimizatons.
• Ensure cleanliness at the plant.

ACHIVEMENTS:
• Successful completion of AUCC cement plant ,Libya Commissioning along
with
FLSmidth Commissioning team.
