Director of Human Resources
Reported to the Chief Administrative Officer, Corporate Counsel, and the CEO. Responsible for developing
strategic human resources functions for an organization with a minimal HR department. Duties included: Employee
relations, overseeing the administration of the stock program, 401k, workers compensation, healthcare, and salary
administration program. Supervised staff of 6. Position involved extensive travel.
Major Challenge: Set up a formal Human Resources Department where only minimal HR functions had previously

Leading international cargo shipping organization owned and operated by the Chinese government. Revenues in
