Conclusion:
As we came out of the station of Titwala, a hoard of Rickshaws were available to take us till the
extreme end i.e. the Mandir thus ensuring complete reach within the town limits on the east side. A
number of ongoing and upcoming projects could be seen enroute to the mandir from station. There are
many small to medium projects in between priced fairly as per the amenities and market trend.
The overall conclusion of the report is that Titwala is definitely a good prospect for buyers to
invest over the coming few years.
