Power Implementation Engineer: The main purpose of this position is to ensure

supervision of day to day activities of Power implementation projects and mitigation

of daily challenges which arise during on site activities execution according to best
industrial and quality standard
1. Implementation , daily supervision and Tracking of Operational Efficiency
Initiatives according to Project Implementation plan
2. Timely meetings with vendors and internal stake holders to ensure that
project is according to the agreed schedule and guidelines
3. Escalate problems and delays to management for timely resolution
4. Follow up the guidelines provided by Line Manager and ensure
implementation of the guidelines across the projects
5. Responsible for implementation of all project activities according to contract
documents and different protocols related to projects
6. Project Reporting and tracking.
7. Contract Management.
8. Timely meetings with vendors and internal stake holders to ensure that
planning for projects is according to the agreed schedule and guidelines

Functional Skills/ Knowledge Areas:
Have a good knowledge of electrical equipment (Rectifiers, Battery Banks, Gensets)
on GSM installations.
Have a process approach.
Accurate reporting.
Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team.
Ability to work in challenging environment. Must be very flexible and adaptable to
any change, tight deadlines, time constraints and rapid shifts in direction and or
priority.
High level of integrity.
Should be patient, persistent and enjoy problem-solving. Must be able to analyze &

stakeholders.

- Maintain a personal site construction folder for each site.

- Maintain a record of each site visit on a standard report format, which must be
available 24 hours after the site visit.

Goals: To handle installation issues related to power systems i.e. Rectifiers, Battery
banks, RMS, Solar on BTS sites and other Network elements.
Ensure quality in power installations across the region.
Load calculations (AC/DC) on the existing system and power enhancement
requirements for the new equipment adding to network.

following functions

Should have experience in design and planning of Power Infrastructure projects for
