Owner / Systems Architect
Established and manage company providing enterprise integration, project management,
virtualization, system and software architecture design and improvement, systems implementation,
technology analysis, and other services for telecom sector.
Served eight years as principal architect on AT&Ts service delivery platform project, to
provision all IP services, including high speed internet, VoIP, IPTV, and cellular
communications. Administered budgets as large as $35M for infrastructure build out, software
procurement, and mobile provisioning.
Achieved availability goal of 99.999% through VMWare architecture on blade servers that
provided Linux/Windows virtualization within AT&T.
Architected an average of 30 systems for two years ranging from Cloud, VM and Standalone
servers, budgets were between $150K to $ 12M.
Enabled successful legacy systems replacement for fiber and high speed DSL programs at
Verizon by architecting fiber to premise provisioning and leading integration into OSS/BSS to
start migration into all IP network.
Led in-depth study of local number portability solutions, recommended solution saved ATT $105
Million over five years.
Served as a Project Manager in a multiyear engagement managing an average of 13 projects,
budgets ranging from $ 300,000 to $ 10,000,000 averaging 95% of being on time and budget.
