Profile:

SPECIAL SKILLS:

Operating Procedures in accordance with the ISO 9001:2000, Quality System.
Prepare QCP, ITP and Inspection Checklists for Procurement and Construction

Preparation of weld map, weld log & co-ordination with third party inspection
agencies for getting clearance of welded tested components.
In-process inspection as per applicable cods and practice.
Manages QA/QC control documents and records covering procedures, NCR, audit

for maintaining an orderly and filing system of all Quality Records of completed
projects till retention period.

Duties and responsibilities:

Responsible for the quality control inspection and proper documentation of all the
welding works covering the pipe spools, structural steel for access platform and
miscellaneous supports required for civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation
works in accordance with the approved WPS/PQR as per PQP, ITP, Standards and
applicable industry code practices i.e. AWS D1.1 ASME IX, ANSI B31.3, 31.4, 31.8 etc.

Coordinates with Clients Project Inspection Unit for various project inspections activities
issued RFI (Request for Inspection) for Witness/ Hold Points, etc.
