Raheja, LLB from National Law College


(Mumbai University affiliate), oversees K Raheja Corp and has been
engaged in real estate development for more than four decades. Under his
leadership, K Raheja Corp has built residences, commercial buildings and
hotels throughout India. His outlook led K Raheja Corp to develop Mind
space, and integrated self-contained township, at Malad, Mumbai. Mr.
Raheja has extensive experience with the real estate, hospitality and retail
industries across India
Ravi Raheja:Mr. Ravi C. Raheja, Masters of Business Administration
from London Business School, Bachelor in Commerce from Sydenham
College, Mumbai, has over 14 years of experience in real estate,
hospitality and retail. Mr. Raheja plays a leadership role in the K Raheja
Corp real estate development business. His key directorships include
Shoppers Stop, Hyper city, Inorbit and Chalet Hotels. Mr. Raheja is a
Member of the Board of Trade, Ministry of Commerce, Government of India
and Young Presidents Organization (YPO).

Neel Raheja:Mr. Neel Raheja, alumnus of Harvard Business School


(34th session of the Owner/President Management Program), Masters in
Commerce and LLB from Mumbai University, has over 11 years of
experience in real estate development, hospitality and retail. Mr. Raheja
plays a leadership role in the K Raheja Corp real estate development
business. His key directorships include Shoppers Stop, Hypercity, Inorbit
and Chalet Hotels. Mr. Raheja is a Member of the International Council of
Shopping Centres/Asia-Pacific Advisory Board of Directors.
Nandlal Rohira:Mr. Nandlal Rohira, Economics degree from Mumbai
University, has approximately 40 years of experience in banking,
accounting and law relating to properties. He has been with K Raheja Corp
for over three decades and bas been involved with various parts of the
business with a focus on the legal and other aspects relating to properties.
Mr. Rohira currently oversees property dealings and approval from various
statutory authorities.
Yasin Virani:Mr. Yasin Virani, Bachelor of Commerce from University
of Bombay, Narsee Monjee College of Commerce & Economics and
Chartered Accountant, is Director - Corporate Finance - Tax & Accounts
with K Raheja Corp. He has experience in the field of corporate matters
including accounts and other related law sectors with an expertise in
corporate strategies and structuring. Mr. Virani has been a key contributor
to the growth of K Raheja Corp over the last two decades. He has
approximately 25 years of total experience and started his career with K
Raheja Corp.
Vinod Rohira:Mr. Vinod Rohira, LLB from Mumbai University and
candidate from Executive Masters of Business Administration, University of
Chicago, has over 15 years of industry experience. Mr. Rohira has been
associated with K Raheja Corp for approximately 11 years and heads the
Sales & Marketing Division with the designated title of Director Marketing
& Sales.
Sunil Hingorani:Mr. Sunil Hingorani, Bachelor degree in Mechanical
Engineering from Nagpur University, Post Graduate Diploma in
Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur, possesses over 16 years of
experience in treasury, corporate finance and strategy. He worked as the
Head of Treasury at Nirma Ltd. for seven years and has been with K Raheja
Corp for two years.
Rajeev Chopra:Mr. Rajeev Chopra, Masters in Economics from Delhi
University, Cornell-related course in Hotel Management with the Oberoi
Hotel School, various professional courses in hotel management and
development in India and abroad, has more than three decades of
experience in hotel management and project development with major

hotel chains with foreign tie-ups. Mr. Chopra has planned, implemented
and managed over 30 hotels, ranging from resorts to commercial hotels.

Bihari Lund:Mr. Bihari Lund, Diploma in Architecture from the


Academy of Architecture, Mumbai and certification by the Board of
Technical Examinations, has over 32 years of industry experience. Mr. Lund
has been associated with K Raheja Corp for over 15 years and heads the
Design & Approval Division.

A visionary of construction industry, Mr. Anil Aggarwal brings modernism and zest to an industry
otherwise dominated largely by traditional, old school thinking. He holds a Bsc degree in Statistics
& Economics from Elphinstone College, Mumbai. His passion for quality and innovation has seen
him create impressive real estate for RNA Corp. and win the confidence of both the industry and
clients alike.

Mr. Anubhav Aggarwal - Managing Director


Mr. Anubhav Aggarwal represents the visionary thinking that drives Indias real estate sector
growth. Hes an MBA from Boston College,Boston(USA). He leads various functions and
organizational initiatives in the group that has helped in the transformation. Prime among them
being his sharpened focus on customer service and enhancing the RNA Corp. experience.

Mr. Gokul Aggarwal - Joint Managing Director


Mr. Gokul Aggarwal focuses on control & monitoring of procedures in execution to ensure
conformance to standards of delivery time and quality. Hes an MBA in Finance & Marketing from
Webster College, London. He is also actively involved in new business venture and development
decisions that require assessment of regulatory framework and building bye-laws.
