We are seeking a full-time

Business Engineer
Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil
We wish to appoint a Business Engineer based in
Sao Paulo, Brazil. Your role will be to develop sales,
services and business development to our regional
sales areas, and to support our Regional Managers.
You will be responsible for driving activities related
to the implementation of new customer projects
such as product and prototype selections,
calculations, quotations, follow-ups, prototypes,
preparation for serial production and logistic setups
and support. You will also coach and train appointed
local Customer Support, quality, sales and
application functions.
Your tasks will include:
Driving the Business Engineer processes and
contributing to improvements
Helping to identify, develop and improve Key
Performance Indicators
Obtaining relevant business intelligence for
account management
In consultation with your immediate Manager or
the Regional Manager, supporting defined
accounts with technical and commercial tasks
Driving sales activities related to the
implementation of new customer projects
Driving and supporting HUB customer projects
(such as the implementation of new products and
technologies) as well as improvement projects
with regard to quality, cost, etc.
Helping to supporting and train the organization
in technical and commercial tasks related to HUB
customers

Time for a change

Acting as sales representative in internal


development projects
Handling field failure claim reports with internal
partners; gathering material for decisions and
writing customer reports based on the Regional
Sales Manager's decision, and managing quality
control
Implementing and adhering to SWEP policies
and strategies

Your background
You must have:
University degree or equivalent in technical
engineering
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
and a basic understanding of calculation tools
Good written and spoken English and
Portuguese. Spanish is a plus.
Experience from similar positions and a knowledge
of thermodynamics are considered an advantage.
