Currently finishing my second year of my Level 3 Extended Diploma in BTEC level
3 Sport Science.
D.D.M Grade in Level 3 Extended Diploma In BTEC Level 3 Sport Science first
year.
8 A* to C grades at GCSE.
First Aid Qualification.
Level 2 reward in pool lifeguarding and safety awarded by QCF.

Work Experiences
February 2nd - February 13th, 2015, Chatsmore Catholic High School,
Goring, West Sussex, teaching assistant.
Organized two weeks of work placement at Chatsmore Catholic High School in the
PE department where I lead classes on my own effectively, helped the staff with
their general day-to-day activities and helped manage the students. This helped
me develop my people skills, my ability to work in a team and my time
management skills along with many other essential skills for the work
environment. At this work experience I achieved excellent in all of the criteria
provided by the PE staff and to quote, I had been "a real asset to the PE
department".
June 4th - June 8th, 2012, St.Bridgets Cheshire care home for adults,
Rustington, West Sussex, care assistant and assistant physical activity
manager.
Developed my skills as an employee by taking part in one week of work
placement at St.Bridgets Cheshire home for adults with physical disabilities where
I was able to help some of the members who took part in physical activities so as
to keep them healthy. While I wasn't guiding or assisting the residents in physical
activities, I would either being moving the residents from one place to another or
entertaining the residents. This experience helped develop my people skills, as
some of the residents are challenging to work with, while also developing my
ability to work in a team as some activities require co-ordination among the staff.
To quote the work placement manager I was "the best work placement they've
had".

Interests and Achievements

Sports: Represented England at home and overseas in freestyle wrestling to a
high standard, active of member of the Worthing Judo Club, helped captain both
Worthing Rugby Club and Chichester College Rugby Club.
Teaching & coaching: Spent many hours of my own time helping teach and
coach young people in wrestling, judo and rugby, helping me develop my planning
skills. Because I achieved highly in sport at my high school, during half terms I
come in and help some of the students who are struggling with their work which
sport related.
Ranked #1 In Southern England and Ranked #2 in England for wrestling:
Over my 7 year or so competing in free style wrestling I worked my way up the
ranks, working with my coach 3 times a week and attending monthly tournaments
so that I could be ranked highly among other wrestlers around England. This
allowed me to work closely with the England National Squad and travel overseas
to compete against other esteemed athletes.

Skills
Computer skills: Working and competent skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft
PowerPoint, very familiar with Windows 7, basic knowledge Mac OSX, fluent in
Adobe After Effects CS6 & Sony Vegas Premier and basic web design abilities.
Languages: Knowledge of conversational Swedish.
Teamwork: Able to work extremely well with other members of a team,
stemming from years of working in team environments, around sports.
Flexibility: Through having multiple and very different hobbies as a young adult
and child I've developed the ability to be very flexible and very quick with my
learning. This allows me to quickly adapt and learn new roles which are thrown at
me.
Communication: Through working with school children, people my own age at
sporting events and helping some of the more elderly members at St.Bridgets
Cheshire care home I've developed the ability to be able to talk to a wide range of
ages, being able to talk formally and informally to all of them.
Initiative: Through taking part in judo and wrestling, which is a singles sport, I've
learnt to be able to work on my own and be very independent, I'm able to tackle
tasks on my own, without taking on more than I can handle, and be able to do
them effectively and to a high standard.
